Seat Arona service light reset

This is how i reset the oil service indicator on my wife's 2018 Seat Arona. It has the 1.0 tsi petrol engine fitted (3 cylinder turbo).

when I turn the steering wheel completely, the car goes right or left, the car makes a little noise. the steering wheel doesn't shake, it's only when you turn the steering wheel full

Hello,
I’ve just been out and turned my wife’s steering fully in both directions. There isn’t any noise from it.
Is it a creaking noise or a whirring noise?
