Really helpful video. Thanks for posting this. I have a 2023 CT2025 and will come back to this when I'm ready to do my service. It was good to see someone go through the process. Appreciate the video.

Great video. I just did my 50 hour maintenance on my Bobcat CT 1021. Things went very well but it's no doubt a messy job. For some reason both my Hydraulic and my axle didn't take as much oil than what was recommended. I'm keeping an eye on things but after a few days the levels still are where they should be. I guess like you were mentioning in the video, not all the oil comes out when your changing it. A little bit stays in the lines and stuff. Really liked your video, Great stuff!

Do not buy replacement hoses from dealer. I also own a 2019 ct2025 and blew a hydro hose for the bucket tilt function and ordered a hose from Kioti dealership who sells the exact same tractor with all orange paint. I waited a couple weeks and then called to check on the part.... " Ohh we FORGOT to order that. " was their reply, so I went about 2 miles away to a hydraulic hose company who gave me a replacement hose on the spot for cheaper AND IT IS A REINFORCED WALL HOSE which is superior to the stock hoses that came with tractor and will likely prolong the hose life..... GO ELSEWHERE FOR BETTER HOSES!

This is a great point! Since I have a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty they're going to keep fixing it. But after it expires I'll get the Parker store to remake them.

Is there any concen not using all bobcat labled oils and filters? Warranty wise

As long as you use fluids that meet the requirements in the owners manual then there should be no issue.
Bobcat does not make their filters, they are rebranded from other suppliers. Baldwin is an OE supplier of equipment filters and WIX makes very good filters. So there should not be an issue using a non Bobcat branded filter.

Did you get the manual at the dealer? How much was it? Does it cover the entire tractor?

I bought the tractor new and it was on the back of the seat behind a cover. It covers the maintenance of the tractor.

@ironicallyengineered2486 I bought mine new 8 months ago (it is a 2023 CT2025) Unfortunately mine did not come with one. Guess I will call the dealership and see how much one is.

@@ironicallyengineered2486 I went and looked in the tractor seat compartment and it was in there. I never knew it was there. Thank you very much!

Did they check the actual line pressure? It may be way too high.

They claim that they did and it was within spec. They also replaced the control valve at the platform because if you were curling back very slow the tractor would bog down and the bucket would stop moving until you moved the lever farther to bump it past that point. It has blown a hose since then and another one is leaking...all of these on the curl function of the bucket.

sounds like you need to find a better service department, just swapping hoses after every blowup/mess is just crazy! @@ironicallyengineered2486

Lol I do. I also have several punctures from Bradford Pear tree spikes. FYI TireJect works great for sealing those kind of holes.
