When inverted with Carmel, we call it Flan 🍮 (USA and Latin America/Mexico.) a type of pudding with a special addition- like crème brûlée as well. Happy Halloween 🎃

@@WaltRBuck Technically speaking, its a microwave/toaster combo oven - specifically a Toshiba ER-T16. In the video she is using the toaster function.
