I would describe it as feeling like you have been hit by a train. After the narcs ive encountered, the love bombing one day then the discard and abuse the next day i actually couldnt move, think or eat. It takes months every time for me to recover and so glad i found u guys channels cos i had no idea what sick games was being played against me.

He kept saying " And what else?!" after I had finished writing what time he said the bus would be at our house. I kept saying,"What are you talking about?!" He kept asking me,"And what else?!... The phone call went on like this for a minute and I told him that he wasn't going to mess with me, that if he cant answer my question on what he meant, that he was incompetent and I'm hanging up to call someone else to help me. The girl who helped me next was so kind and said she would find out who the guy was and make a complaint for me. So yeah, that guy was one of those idiots we're dealing with here. See, I can already tell exactly the type of people that surround me no matter who you are and what the intentions may be but in life sometimes you can't avoid those people but I will also walk the other way and ignore the negativity, that's all I can do is turn away from the negativity when I come across it, choose not to engage and walk the other way. True, it happens each & every time. I become lightheaded and dizzy in the presence of these folks. This is the way my strong 6th sense warns/informs me. Hindsight is 20/20, this is the way l was always affected. I now trust my gut whenever this happens when speaking/engaging with someone. It's definitely a red flag, spiritual warning system.
