randomly stumbled upon this video and u need to to do more One Piece content because this was brilliant, without going into too much detail One Piece has changed my life as well there was a point in time where I was going thru some major personal family problems which genuinely made me thinking I should end it all, this was probably around the time I got into anime to stay distracted, saw a few shows here and there and decided to start OP because I remembered vaguely watching it when I was kid on TV so I wanted to see what it was actually about and I was blown away. No piece of media has made me feel the way One Piece has. A regular day in my life during my horrible time was awful, I would wake up with massive anxiety, stress, mental fatigue because of everything going around me and the only thing I would look forward to throughout the day was reading One Piece before going to bed, that was the best part of my day, spending time with the Straw Hats, it was almost like stepping into a different world and I absolutely loved that, it was an escape from my terrible real life during that time and I was just laughing, crying reading the thing. and now because of OP ive made some really good online friends almost like a OP community and i absolutely adore them and their stories are even crazier how One Piece changed their life. Sorry for the rant, I had to share this seeing ur love for One Piece, hope u make more OP videos in the future i will never get tired of listening about it, have good day!❤

You are like a sister to me, our life journeys are very similar, I also couldn't understand the social game from a little age, also spent hours upon hours playing games on my computer and the way One Piece impacted us is also very similar. Loved your video !

I think that is the hardest thing to convince new One Piece readers is that you don't have to try to speed through it ASAP to catch up. It's also just as great reading or watching at your own pace... but still, I'm not going to discourage people from trying it however they want. (Still, it's like you catch up and then you get like all of us where you have that thought of "what am I going to do with myself whenever it eventually ends?!")
Haha exactly! I tell all my friends, if you haven't read one piece you haven't lived! (A bit extreme but u get me hopefully). I'm gonna be so empty when it ends :(

@@sneakymoon_ hard to say… I don’t really based them on arcs anymore but more on the moments that have destroyed me emotionally! I’ve been reading manga since the 90s and anime since the 2000s I can honestly say that One Piece has been one of the greatest adventures I’ve ever taken, nothing like a flashback to reconceptualize a character!!

One piece is just that story that makes you laugh, cry and just get excited about things that are happening.

1,000 chapters *is* a lot. Everywhere I look I can only find 25 series' with more chapters than that. Sure some manga have different page counters per chapter but no matter how you look at it 1,000 is a lot XD
I couldn't tell if that statement was a "They don't know One Piece doesn't have enough chapters" meme or not

@@sneakymoon_ oh trust me, I've been into one piece XD. I caught up back in 2012 and I'm going through my 4th watch through of the anime. I still have to read the full manga but I've read most of the post time skip arcs excluding what is past the anime.

I think this is the first time I have ever heard anyone say [at 3:00] that the 1000+ chapters of One Piece is "not a lot" haha!

I almost think that One Piece is like a modern bible in a way. People have grown jaded of religion, and of course some people don’t enjoy animation. But I truly believe if people gave one piece a chance , literally ANYONE could love it .
One Piece is a religion. In the way it teaches lessons of morality , perseverance , etc . I know not everyone views the bible in that way, but that is what it was intended for initially. While it definitely has been bastardized by some .

That's one way to look at it for sure! At the end of the day we're all looking for a reason to live, and One Piece is one way :)
