    Aloo pulao, also known as potato pulao, is a popular Pakistani and Indian rice dish that is made with basmati rice, potatoes, and a aromatic spices. It is a flavorful and satisfying one-pot meal that is loved by many.
    How to make a Aalo Pulao?
    So here is Delicious, cheap, easy, simple and aromatic Aalo Pulao recipe
    Ingredients for Pulao
    - 1/2 Cup Oil | Ghee
    - 2 Medium Size Sliced Onion
    - 1/2 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
    - 5-6 Cloves
    - 3-4 Green cardamom
    - 1 Black cardamom
    - 5-6 Round Red chillies
    - 1/2 kilogram Potatoes
    - 1 tablespoon Salt
    - 1/2 Cup Yogurt
    - 4-5 Green Chillies
    - 1 Medium Size Sliced Tomatoes
    - 1 Litter water (Depending on Quality of Rice)
    - 500 Gram Basmati rice (Rinse and Soaked for 30-minutes)
    - 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
    - Salt (Adjust salt according to test)
    - Rinse the basmati rice until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for about 30 minutes, then drain and set aside.
    - Heat ghee or oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions to the pan and cook until they turn light golden brown. (Don't cook the onion so much that it becomes coloured, then your rice will not turn white).
    - Add cumin seeds, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves and Round red chillies.
    - Sauté for a minute until they release their aroma.
    - Add cubed potatoes with salt and stir well to cook the potatoes with the spices for 4-5 minutes.
    - Add the whisked yogurt and cook it on medium heat until it's water dries up.
    - Add Chopped green chilies, sliced tomatoes and mix it well for 1-2 minutes.
    - Pour water into the pan Season with salt according to your taste and bring it to a boil then add soaked basmati rice. Gently stir to mix the rice with the potatoes and spices, taking care not to break the rice grains.
    - Bring the mixture to a boil. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with a tight-fitting lid.
    - Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
    - Once the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and let it sit covered for another 5 minutes. This helps the flavors to meld and the rice to become fluffy.
    - Serve the hot White Aloo Pulao with tomatoes Chutney or with hot raita (yogurt dip) or any curry of your choice.
    Ingredients for Tomatoes Chutney
    - 1 Large Tomatoes
    - 3 Garlic cloves
    - 3-4 Round Red chillies
    - 1/2 teaspoon Salt to test
    - 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seeds
    - water 1/4 cup
    Method:-
    - Add all above ingredients in a glass and blend with the help blender until smooth paste.
    Enjoy your delicious White Aloo Pulao with Tamater chutney.
