According to the Islamic scriptures, it is hazrat Ismayeel ( peace be upon him) who was sacrificed by hazrat Ibrahim ( pbuh) on the order of the Almighty.
However, jews and christians believe that it was hazrat Ishaaq( pbuh) who was sacrificed.
2.Hazrat Ismayeel & hazrat Ishaaq, both were sons of hazrat Ibrahim ( pbuh).
Incidentally, arabs & falastinis are, in general, descendants of hazrat ismayeel whereas the jews are the direct descendants of hazrat ishaaq.
3. Jesus Christ (pbuh) was a prophet/ messenger of God from among the jews. But the jews didn't recognize him as prophet or the promised Messiah whereas the muslims, across the globe, do. Therfore, they call him Eisa Maseeh( pbuh).
4. In the chain of Prophets and messengers, Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh)was the last and final & upon whom the holy Qur'an was revealed.
