I think given her portrayal, she can read social gestures well. Seeing that she can tell the 3 guys are fawning over her, she made a clever joke that would imply something without telling that theyre brother and sister directly. A double entendre.
My Psychology teacher shared this episode with my class one day. So funny! Rajesh's reaction is amplified if you watch the rest of the episode and understand what happened right before this. XD She showed us this episode to explain certain psychological issues the 4 friends posses. It also introduced me to the show.
