What is wrong with the people over there? They would rather have pigeons in stead of a cat. To tie a rope around her and she has babies is more than cruel. I just don't understand why they would abuse an animal like that. This horrible man will suffer for what he did. I hope God shows no mercy for this monster. It's beyond wrong its cruel and inhumane and any other words you can think of. A cat's emotional centers in the brain is the same as human or us.
She is without food and water she needs to able to produce milk for kittens. They're too young to leave by themselves and look like they are only a few hours or days old. There are a lot of danger on the street from traffic, dogs and Tom or male cats who would eat them. Thank you for the video notifying the public aware of this kind of thing is going on and for feeding street cats.
