Why do they do this? 🤔
Because they are happy to be alive.
They are not thinking "I'm happy". They are not thinking. At all. They are just living. They are just alive. They are just happy. Like everything which is living. Except humans who's poisoned with their own often too heavy, unnecessary thoughts. Because who we are without our precious thoughts? "Nothing". And that is scary. Seems scary. But... All nature is "empty". All nature is "nothing". All nature - is just existence for breathing and flight. And we are - part of it. Very proud and selfish, unhappy, but... the part. And we can remember how it be like. How to be alive. How to live without a riot in our heads. Unnecessary riot.
Why do they do this? Because of that. But... Why Is that so scary to be happy? Even if that is so simple? Maybe because that is so simple? Why peoples do love their pain so much? Why peoples love to complicate everything? Create rules, opposites, achieves. Maybe we're finally came close to find our way to recognize all that simple "stuff". To become simple. Empty. Calm. Happy...
Next time when you're inhale and exhale, remember, that you are alive. Don't think bout anything in this moment. Simple things have not any cost. Have not any reason. Have not any purpose. They are shouldn't. They are priceless. They are immeasurable
