I would have included Jong Tae Se. He played for North Korea and even played at the World Cup in 2010 (and yes, he was the player who was crying on TV but not for his fellow players). However he could have played for both South Korea and Japan as his parents are South Korean and he was born and raised in Japan. He joined North Korea because he just wanted to stand out.
