The “it’s pretty basic info” is like when someone who knows how to code really well forgets that people don’t know the basics so they just assume you know what everything does

I know like corpse was always huge and had a big following and like i mean i probably wouldnt know who he was either or that he made content way before if i didnt watch him before but still hes playing with the biggest content creators on yt and twitch hes not gonna get there without a head start

Honestly, related to how you said that every industry needs a "jerk", one of the most meaningful things I heard prior to this video was some Ludwig video where he it was titled something like "I am not your friend" and really dropped some harsh truths on how a streamer views individual audience members (even though ofc the audience is important to him). I think a quote directly from it was something like "I can't care about you. Not just 'don't', *literally* 'cannot'".
As a comparison, though this also resonated with me, was from another streamer who said a sort of similar thing; something along the lines of "We could respond to all our fanmail, but then we'd have no time to stream."
It conveys the same message imo but when it is presented as bluntly as Ludwig says it, it feels so much more memorable and understandable.
That was hands down the best ending to a CZcams video I’ve ever seen. The slow-mo, the fading to black, the rain on the window, the music, oh my the music. There is nothing you could add or take away to make it any more perfect. Taking lemons and making lemonade. This is a museum worthy 10 seconds. Well done, bravo!

10:48 This is a great idea, it has worked for me. For the last few months, instead of recording, I stream almost all of my gaming videos. Here are some of the biggest reasons I see:
1. You waste less time from streaming and recording separately
2. Viewers feel more special, because it feels like a video, but they can interact with it
2.5. Viewers' chat messages, follows, donos, etc. will appear in your CZcams videos, which they like, making it a higher chance that they both subscribe to your CZcams and follow you on Twitch
3. It's just more fun to record videos with people watching it in real time
And more. It's just a great idea.
4. You don’t have to use a lot of energy on making a video. You can just be your usual self on stream.
That uplift at the end just to drop you from a higher point XD

Part of Ludwig's success has to be from his ability to take people on an emotional rollercoaster just like he did with Harris.
Upon reading "Ludwig" and "emotional rollercoaster", I immediately think of Ludwig's Las Vegas story

I agree how important it is to have inspiration from other creators. That's why I'm here. People in my industry are still stuck in the old era of boring slides and narration. So I'm taking a look at industries that have a lot more engagement and bring it into my niche (medical coding). My inspo is Harris Heller, Gary Vee, Bailey Sarian, Pat Flynn, Cathrin Manning, and Roberto Blake.

yep. that's what I'm stuck on right now. the past month or so since I've put more time in to streaming I've just been randomly playing through my steam library.

What I have heard from most streamers now is:
- do something you enjoy, this will make it authentic
- don’t do stuff that’s over saturated (valorant, league etc) since you won’t grow on it
- ludwigs “yoink and yank” - you don’t always have to come up with new ideas, take a look on what’s already around and personalize it. Also find our what works for your audience or if you don’t have an active audience yet, what you enjoy and think what other people will enjoy too and turn it into a series. Ludwig for example has multiple series he runs through over the week and does the same again next week, he just has to make it entertaining.
And if youre content is really specific out of the box, sit down think about ideas. Write every single idea down no matter how dumb it might be and then think about, if you can do that and if people might enjoy it and then just try it out😁
His presentation was a comedy bit about how he made it, whereas you're trying to support people for long-term success. Thanks for what you do, brother! Keeps me going. :)

while telling people to quit seems like a joke, in a way he's right. if everybody is streaming, there won't be enough viewers to go around, and everybody takes a hit.
I think its more of doing them a fovour. If they arent willing to put in that much work than just quit because you arent gonna make it. Rather than half asked it for years and have 3 viewers. It just gonna waist your time and make you feel like shit
That’s not really his point. His point is if you aren’t willing to put in some basic effort at the start, you’ll never make it in the long wrong.
