Awesome pick-ups Mark , thanks for sharing with us 😊
Excellent Cracker Jack card. Beautiful red background. Cool stack.
Thanks so much!
Great pickups. I especially liked the 1960 Team card. The Cracker Jacks are always beautiful cards.
Thanks so much! I really hope it gets a number when it comes back from SGC. Looked good but always a risk!
Love the 1914 Cracker Jack! Those colors really pop for a 110 yr old card!
Thanks Dude!
Nice pick ups, Mark! The Cracker Jack is fantastic! Enjoy the rest of the show. Cheers!
Thanks! Today’s going to be something else!
Glad you made it! You're not the only CZcamsr who complained about American Airlines. Those are some very nice pickups. The 1960 Dodgers team card has to be the best example of that piece I've ever seen. The $75 deal was terrific. Messersmith, of course, is a significant player in history for being one of the folks involved in the action that resulted in the establishment of free agency. Nice ball cap!
Thanks a lot! I’m pretty happy so far. Today’s going to be a big one.
Great pickups Mark! Just watched Card Cutters video, and the Pizza's are ordered for tonight.
Ha! Thanks so much!
Nice Cracker Jack card & really like that Don Newcombe. Really hope u get that Zack Wheat!! As my wife says, things happen for a reason. Take care.
Thanks! Yeah- it’s a great time. Today’s going to be bananas.
Nice pickups. It was great to meet you. Good luck tomorrow.
You too! Today should be awesome!
Gave a video like. Awesome cards! Was so nice getting to meet you in person and talk a bit at the meet and greet. Hope you have a wonderful rest of the show.
That was great fun and so good to meet you too! Very nice to put a face to a channel and get to catch up. Happy collecting!
Nice cards Mark!
Thanks so much!
Great meeting you at the show Mark! I absolutely love the Cracker Jack. Awesome pick up my friend!
Thanks so much and was awesome to meet you in person too. So great to put a real person to a channel!
Very cool, my friend! Hope you have an amazing time!
Thanks Aaron!
Great pick-ups Mark , love the 14 CJ ❤. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Doug! Appreciate it.
Love these pickups, Mark. You have a keen eye on condition. A lot of nice 50's cards in there and I love the Cracker Jack Nap Rucker. I still need that one. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Rick! I got so many cards there 🤣. I loved that there were so many dealers with hugh quality commons. Some were overpriced but plenty of reasonable ones. I dropped the CJ at SGC so we’ll see how I did with that one soon, but I do like it.
Nice set of Dodger cards. I think Messersmith won a Cy Young award with the Dodgers, sometimes him being referred to as "The Baron" (because of the same name as the German WW II fighter airplane, although I don't think there was any family relation/connection). May have been acquired by the Dodgers in that blockbuster deal with the Angels. If not traded, would have been a dominant Angels staff of Nolan Ryan, Andy Messersmith and Frank Tanana.
Thanks and very cool info. I don’t think he won a cy young but was second one year. Your comment prompted me to look up more about him. Didn’t realize how central he was to free agency. Thanks for the comment!
@@MarksDodgersCards Your memory is better than mine, according to the internet, he did finish second in the 1974 voting.
