Great presentation. Highly complex series of understanding of advanced biology. I still dont understand why you inhibiting proteasome? if the cell trying to maintain homeostasis shouldn't you have more proteasome to keep up with demand of mutated and overly express ed proteins in cancer cell?

The aim is to kill the tumour cells. So depriving them of this mechanism of homeostasis will favour apoptosis and help kill off the cancer.
