  • 19 years boy is selling masala dosa on cycle door to door with very cheap price just at 20 Rs , i really want to support small streetfood vendors who actually giving efforts.
    This video was shoot before lockdown !!

    Just for 20 rs.? Seriously.? Look at the way he has made and the potato mash he’s added looks so fresh and tempting. Even if dosa costs 20rs he should be selling it for 30 rs atleast. 10 rs more for his determination and hardworking skills as moving that heavy cart all day round in +40 heat is really not easy. Respect to my all the hardworking brothers and sisters round the world. They might be getting a peaceful sleep after so much hardwork not like rich people who have so much money and still keep crying for more.

      @@platz3696 I said mainly due to the vibhuti on his forehead. Although some people from other regions also smear the sacred ash on their forehead, it is very common among tamilians to smear either the vibhuti or pattai on their foreheads as Tamil Nadu predominantly (not entirely) follows Shaivite culture. You can even see the symbol smeared/painted on both the sides of his gas stove. These symbols are major give aways that he might be a tamilian.

    Good video. You wanted to give him ₹40 extra and he didn’t accept it, good for him. Next time if you see a similar vendor, buy something extra and give it to someone who needs it. This way you helped the vendor, vendor’s pride is not hurt and someone else has a full belly.

      Yes correct. But very few vendors are good and authentic. Also I have stopped giving homeless food because they don't value it. Whenever I eat street food and come across homeless people I try to buy one for them. So one day I was eating vada and idli near my college when I came across an old man and bought him one plate as well. He told me instead give me money for liquor and threw that plate in front of dogs. From that time I have stopped wasting my money on them

      Shetty community members hold chief position in Hotel industry, they will not allow Tamil food, Mumbai don't have Saravana bhawan or another authentic south Indian hotels, areas like Bandra, Sion will have small time idli seller moving around streets, those tastes so yummy with chutneys, vada and sambar
      Shetty hotels in the name of chutneys they give the scrap of coconut grounded after removing is milk

      @@dhatchayanim Yes. I prefer making coconut chutney and sambar at home. Whenever I have the cravings for uttapam, idli, masala dosa, medu vada etc I make it at home. It takes times and efforts but u can enjoy it. Very rarely I find street vendors who sell authentic South Indian dish. Others just serve crap. They know how to make vada and idli but when it comes to sambar and chutney they server fucking water

    भाई ये तो हमारे पटना में करीब 30/35 सालों से देख रहा हूं।हमारे यहां कुछ south indian भाई लोगों ने ये शुरू किया था।वे लोग लकड़ी की आग पर इसे बनाते और बेचते आ रहे हैं।इस कारोबार को अब यहां के स्थानीय निवासी आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं। इन चलती फिरती दुकान में इडली, उत्तपम, और दोसा बिकता है।
    पहले ये पत्तल में ये सामग्री परोस कर खिलाते थे लेकिन अब स्टील की थाली साथ लेकर चलते हैं। शाम के समय इनका बेसब्री से इंतजार होता था। पहले ये व्यंजन यहां इक्का दुक्का जगह पर ही मिलते थे। इन दक्षिण भारतीय भाइयों में यहां इन व्यंजनों का सभी को दीवाना बना दिया।

    We have enjoyed many times, tasty and fresh and reasonable dhosa at home, in Surat. It's amazing experience.
    When we hear sound of his bhopu.....We sing in corus.... Dhosa vala aya ghar se thali nikaal...
    Just like gaadi vala aya ghar se kachra nikaal...
    Not same boy, but same cycle and same dosa... Plane 20 rs, with chutny, sambhar... Masala 30 rs. Hats off to such hardworker.... Chori karne ya bhig magne se achchha he mehnat ki khao.....

    40rs in chennai
    And 90rs in pune

      That's the reason they buy from street vendors who doesn't have any rent or electricity bills to pay for shops.
      Although they have to pay dhandha to police.
      The price for masala dosa is 30 re with street vendors.
      A normal hotel would charge 40- 50 re.
      High class hotels would charge 60-80 re

    So much hard work for so little, just so that he could feed the family and live out the days. There are many people in this world who won't work even 10% of this guy and gets more than 10times this poor fellow is getting.
