Thanks for reacting to The Warning. I’m 62 years old and I fell into this rabbit hole in October 2023 and these girls are the. REAL DEAL! I have seen a lot of great bands over the years and these ladies one day will be one of the greatest band in the world.

This band's backstory is wholesome and endearing. Their history is documented in videos and social media since they were practically babies. They blew up with an accidental viral video covering Enter Sandman back in 2014. They've garnered an army of fans of all ages and once you see their story, you'll understand how they've been adopted by lots of Aunt & Uncle "fans". If you choose to delve further into their catalog (I can't find a bad song in it), do yourself a favor and stick to their live or on-stage performances -- they shine brightest when you get both the audio and visual stage-presence performance.
Agreed! But I think the one exception of sticking to live performances is the video for XXI Century Blood. That video is a cinematic experience that should not be missed, especially considering how early it was in their career. Absolutely epic!

MTV is still looking for the roof..The drummer was 2023 fan voted Rock Drummer of the Year at the Drumeo Awards 2023.. My introduction to this band was the official music video for this song. My first thought was "What rock have I been hiding under for so long to not know of this band?". This is only one of many great songs by The Warning. Please keep reacting to The Warning. You won't be disappointed!
They brought back the power and overwhelming energy of ROCK, blowing the roof off that den of hip hop non believers at MTV!

They are masters of the hook and the riff. Try 'Disciple' and 'Queen of the Murder Scene'.
This is a great band and it is exploding, they have al the props to be huge: musicianship, lyrical composition, stage presence, 2 lead singers, harmonies, passion, history, loyal fans and then more, on top they are also really nice people. The Warning Army (TWA) will be showing up. Great fan base for these amazing sisters. Great comments for this. You should check out where they started (2014 Enter Sandman cover when they were ages 14,12,9). Their super power is Live performances. Anything from their Teatro Metropolitan CDMX concert is worth listening/reacting to. PS: for the VMAS, each band on this side stage was allowed 3 tries for each song. The Warning was the only band that did their 2 songs once. They came, they saw, they conquered.
They have some heavy songs like Queen Of The Murder Scene, I encourage you to check that out live at Teatro Metropolitano in CDMX. These ladies know how to Rock for real.

Fell in the rabbit hole in 2022. My wife thought I was nuts. She is now as big of a fan as I am. It's not just their music that grabs you. It's who the are for real. They have absolutely everything. 3 months ago they became my favorite band. Being 53, it’s nice to finally look forward to a band releasing new material just like when I was young.

I'd start with either Dust to Dust or 23 live at the Teatro Metropolitan concert in Mexico City, Aug of 2022. Keep on rocking and you've been warned!!
I saw The Warning live just a couple of weeks ago and I`ve been going to live gigs for over 50 years and I can tell you they`re up with the best, I know they have been supporting Halestorm on tour but I believe they will be bigger than them very soon!

There’s some backstage footage after this song where the Stage Manager for MTV blurted out “Holy Shit, I’m a fan now”. Many of TW’s fans chuckled when you said you “ need to go check out more” as “More” is the title of the other song they played at this show.

Best Gen Z hard rock power trio on the scene today. Drummer won Drumeo's 2023 Rock Drummer of the Year, bassist is a Spector Bass featured artist, and the guitarist has been personally gifted guitars by Lzzy Hale of Halestorm and Matt Belamy of Muse, both acts they've toured with.
And MTV is still looking for their roof. Try their latest release, Automatic Sun.

Superb 1st-time reaction to The Warning METAL COACH!!
The Villarreal-Velez sisters are amazing songwriters and performers from Mexico who live in Monterrey, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon. Each one of their original songs is great. Their second album, "QUEEN OF THE MURDER SCENE", is a concept album. It follows a girl's journey into unrequited love; from infatuation and obsession on into stalking and murder, then madness and the fight over her soul. It is a masterpiece. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2019 Independent Music Awards.
Their 1st full-length LP, "XXI CENTURY BLOOD", is also very good and is packed with many great songs. The video for the title track, "XXI Century Blood", was nominated for and won many awards.
Their very 1st released recordings are from their 6 song EP, "ESCAPE THE MIND"; and it is amazing.
Despite being courted by numerous offers from many major record labels, The Warning have stayed independent through the years; relying on crowd funding to finance their projects. They refused to give up creative control over their material ... down to even the clothes they wear on stage.
After 7 months of negotiations, The Warning signed a 5 album recording contract with Lava/Republic Records/Universal Music Group in the fall of 2020.
They decided to release 1/2 (6 songs) of their completed 3rd full-length album in an EP called "MAYDAY" October 8th, 2021. The entire album was released June 24th, 2022: called "ERROR". "Disciple" is my favorite track!
They are going to release their 4th studio album "KEEP ME FED" June 28th, 2024. And 5 singles off the new album have already been released: "MORE", "S!CK", "HELL YOU CALL A DREAM", "QUE` MA`S QUIERES", and recently "AUTOMATIC SUN".
The Warning do not come from a family of musicians, however, their parents are huge fans of classic rock.
Both parents are professionals (recording engineer and dentist) and they enrolled their daughters into a private Catholic English Bilingual school Liceo de Monterrey, Mexico.
They also started the girls with classical piano lessons at ages 6, 4 and 5 years old.
Regular family functions included gathering around the TV with popcorn and watching LIVE concert dvds of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC.
When their parents got them the video game Rock Band at ages 8, 6 and 3, they went nuts playing it obsessively. Shortly thereafter they got real instruments with lessons from professional teachers: and the rest is history. Amazing they are 24, 22 and 19 years old and have already written, arranged, and released #51 original songs (not including the remaining songs from the upcoming 4th studio album).
Drummer Paulina writes around 75% of The Warning's songs. Most of her songs begin in rock ballad form; starting with a concept, then chord progression, melody and basic song structure on the piano. She may only have a verse and a chorus when she brings it before her sisters. Together they transpose each instrument's part and "rockify" the song. They complete any lyrics, bridges and any arranging, etc. making changes along the way. A 2/3 approval vote of each instrument's part and each vocal harmony before it becomes a completed song. Paulina has said if not for her sisters, her songs would be different. Both guitarist Daniela and bassist Alejandra write equally great songs; just not as many.
Drummer Paulina recently won Drumeo's 2023 Rock Drummer of the Year and won Best Up and Coming Artist in Modern Drummer Magazine's recent reader's poll.
I was fortunate enough to get to meet them after their show January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. I had the opportunity to meet with them 3 more times during the 10 shows I attended on their 2022 North American MAYDAY Tour and 2023 ERROR WORLD TOUR. I have talked with their parents on 2 occasions and have had many conversations with their manager Rudy.
Aside from their music, they are just normal, sweet, intelligent, and fun-loving young ladies who are truely grateful and endearing to their fans.

Pau was the Drumeo Rock Drummer of 2023. The band has been playing together for nearly 11 years now and are crazy talented. I've heard every song of theirs and they are all great. Another comment mentions their 2014 Enter Sandman cover, watch that to see where they came from then watch the cover from the Teatro Metropolitan. It's epic. In fact, the concert footage from the Teatro is some of the best you will ever see/listen to.
Enjoyed your reaction and analysis. The Warning are great storytellers, delivering their awesome, meaningful lyrics, with their unique style of rock. They have so much fun on stage and that positive energy is transmitted to the audience. I have seen them live 4 times and can't wait for my 5th.
If you want to hear something wild, there second lp "Queen of the Murder Scene" is, as they put, a "Rock Novel" about unrequited love, stalking, kidnapping, murder, and descent to madness. I suggest the Lunario concert. It was the first time they played the whole thing in concert. Most could not write such a dark story at the age they were.

The incredible thing about The Warning is that they deliver this level of performance at every live concert they deliver. Many bands sound great at these type of shows but when you personally see them live they are a disappointment.

I like to offer a different warning, based on many fans and reactors, no matter what order you pick to react to songs, the last one you listen to will be your favorite at that moment. You'll have a hard time finding a "less than good" song.

There were not too many real fans in attendance because the network only gave a couple days notice that they were taping it and the band was not allowed to talk about it beforehand. They played 2 songs and were given up to three takes but the sisters nailed both songs in one take. They made new fans that night including the producers of this segment. One of them couldn’t stop saying “Holy shit!” after their performance. And they weren’t even nominated for anything.

But a particular favourite of mine is Martiro a rock anthem sung in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish (but learning), but when Dany hits the high notes ❤
