I don't even need tips on how to annotate cuz I've already been doing it for a long time, but i just love seeing how other people annotate their books. it's so satisfying and i always end up learning something too
i am always so scared to annotate. the only time i used tabs was with rereading acotar, and i had way too many tabs😅 for cruel prince i used metal book darts for jurdan quotes/moments and just any quote that made me feel something, so it wasn’t overcrowded but still made me happy and looked aesthetic 😊
20:55 Omg imagine your friend doing this for you 😭 SHE MADE COMICS!?!? I cant. I annotated my friends favorite book Nov 9 for her Christmas present but it was never this detailed. Plus she was like: 👁👄👁 you know i already have this book right? 😭😭😭🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ GIRL I KNOW
i lent my friend a book called good girl guide to murder she ripped the back cover and she kissed one of the pages with red lipstick i just can't with her
I've only ever annotated a book once. That too an ebook. It was a lot of fun too. But it was too much hardwork. I had to take a special initiative to bookmark my thoughts. Anyways, loved looking at this compilation. But annotating just is not for me.
I was asking myself the same thing honestly.. sometimes I feel like it is more for the aesthetic ngl although I like watching these sort of videos still find it somewhat useless
Some people just do it for fun but annotations for a fiction book can also be to show different emotions you feel, your favourite quotes, important information, and to just show your thoughts in real time about what you're reading

Frixion pens aren't really erasable.
Why would you annotate a fiction novel?

more for the fun aspect and to analyze the story and characters to indulge in the book deeper
