I have had oily biriyanis and equally oily vegetarian curries and pakodas. What FMCG sector are you talking about??? Even in rural areas, if you visit, they cook one item but, that is cooked, with rich spices and heavy oil , their taste buds crave for it. There are abundant dishes In the whole of our country which are prepared in a sea of oil, go through culinary cultures and appropriate references. Why do you forget about pickle??? Chalo at least Dipika learnt that fried food needs heavy duty physical work to burn off the caloric load. (although a simple kanda poha with peanuts, shredded coconut on top would have been healthy and just right for the worker bhaiyas and proportional effort given her 3rd trimester to cook) Too much oiling has lead to obesity and sugar trouble for downstairs folks. After 3 years of oily sugary meals bonanza some change,. there's hope for more.
