Sheherazade Alam is a renowned Pakistani artist, potter, teacher, & NCA alumni who has the unique ability to mesmerize people with her amazing work & captivating style. She shares with us how she’d incurred such a colossal loss -when her husband & daughter were murdered in their own home. Furthermore, she tells us about some lifelong lessons, she learned through that agonizing time period. However, despite the horrendous & traumatic experience, she stills oozes out immense positivity & offers loads of compassion which makes her truly inspirational.
Moreover, for her, clay holds an utmost sanctity because she views clay with a tint of magic encompassing everything on this planet which many fail to recognize. Not only has she utilized clay as a medium to create absolutely breath-taking pots & vessels, but also as a means to inspire others to build a soulful connection with our mother earth. She still cultivates this bond especially within her students at Jan-e-Jahanara School- ensuring that children are exposed to nature where they are given full liberty to experience it through different sensations & appreciate the beauty of life.

@@riffat.riffat9608 i am trying to reach and meet sheherzade alam. I used to study at a montessori called toddlers academy at 90 upper mall lahore which belonged to her. Now some other institute exists at this address.
