Bullshit don't ever never demotivate again to anyone just mind ur job. Just a useless fellow thinking ur self that only you can do it. If you are that much of confident than just join fishing vessel i bet i will run away in a momths time where i spent around 10 months 16 hours working on board every day. Inspite of that we never demotivate anyone.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand that working on a fishing vessel is tough, and I respect the hard work and dedication that goes into it. But My intention was never to demotivate anyone but to share Reality Based thoughts and journey. We all face challenges in different ways, and I believe in learning from each other's experiences.
And now You tell me that.
In 6 months 9600 Gp Rating candidates are passing from the board exam. And from them maximum 1000-2000 candidates are joining on ship within 1-3 years. The rest of the candidates are forced to leave the merchant navy Because of NO JOB.
