This was, let me repeat, was my #1 all-time favorite Dew. I was prepped to get like 10 to 15 cases. It's rolling out slow here. No Walmart's have it, but some of the Kwik Trips here have the 20oz bottles of this and Mystic Punch. I grabbed 3 Citrus Cherry and 1 Punch. I have mostly switched to Zero Sugar sodas with my top 5 Dews now including ZS Pitch Black, ZS Cherry Airheads (VooDew), ZS Summer Freeze as the top 3 behind Citrus Cherry. I was as happy as you were when Pepsi Blue came back. And I drank it and Holy Dew Storm Batman, I forgot how farkin sweet it is. I think I went into Sugar Shock. It actually upset my stomach a bit, much like Liberty Brew did. I'm crushed😁I'll pick up maybe 2 cases and space them out, no more bottles. I didn't think the 90-calorie version was too bad. Bit like Robitussin but I didn't mind it. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd like a ZS version. This falls to number #4 behind the 3 ZS ones I mentioned, with Baja Blast #5. Now I'm going to go run around the block 20 times, I'm so wired. Well, I'll do it in my mind and just roll the garbage carts out😁

This year Mtn dew dropped some bangers pitch black citrus cherry i like Caribbean splash but I know many people don’t
I tried tried code red and citrus cherry side by side and they are completely different. Both are good though.
The citrus cherry is code red and major melon mixed.
Tried it today, tastes very similar to Frescolita - a Venezuelan soda (same color and everything). Goya also makes something similar - Cola Champagne. It's got a very tropical soda taste it you've ever been in the Caribbean or Latin America

Finally found these today, just as good as I remember it.
Halo Infinite got a little better, but it's nothing like the classic titles. The amount of people playing it also dropped drastically. 343 really drained the life out of the franchise.

Halo Infinite is definitely worth a try now, addicted since season 4 and it’s gotten even better with season 5

Loved the Halo series but I couldn’t get more than one bottle of this magic elixir

I'm with you 110%. Citrus Cherry is the better flavor. I like it better than Code Red. Mystic honestly just tastes like Purple Thunder mixed with Passion fruit Punch. It feels like the same flavor for the 3rd time. Forgettable.
i miss the Lime berry game Fuel
Logged on recently to redeem the skin from the Mtn Dew code. Tons of new maps & modes since release. Only issue I had was that it felt like I was going against the few die hards that are left playing that game.
I've tried both game fuel flavors and even though i like both,my favorite us mystic punch.
we need to sign the petition to make it permanent....theres a couple floating around. It's my favorite flavor from ALL the way back to the Halo 3 days; nothing on the market comes close to this flavor.
Mystic punch taste like Revolution and wild fruit game fuel to me lol
My parents never bought me this when it first came out because they were concerned with caffeine levels. First time trying it though and it’s really damn good. Now we just need the Black Label/Dark Berry back.
Yeah normal dews in 20oz bottles have 91mg of caffeine although theres very few that has 92 but it’s only 1mg higher lol I think the Mtn Dew Zero Sugar has the same caffeine content as the Mtn Dew Game Fuel at 113mg. Sadly I have to go finish my last bottle of Mtn Dew Livewire, only dew I give a 10/10. Will compare that to the Citrus cherry game fuel. Great video as always papi. In about a few weeks I’ll be taking a break from vids because my wife and I are having our first baby. Supposed to be born at around mid-December.

Found the Purple Game Fuel, its ok better than I thought but I still wouldn't buy a 12pk. You should do a Tier rankings of all the Dews or a Blind Taste Test, those past taste test videos were fun

I never tried citrus cherry the first time it came out as i wasn’t infatuated with dew at the time but honestly i wasn’t impressed with the flavor. Maybe I set my expectations too high with all of the hype? I thought there was a strange initial bubblegummy sort of taste that I felt threw off the flavor.

I drank Game Fuel *religiously* back in 2007, and then every single subsequent release of it as well, all the way until the release that corresponded to Titanfall 2. That was the release where they ruined it by making it secretly half-diet.
That being said, the citrus cherry is not the same as it always was. It is very close, mind you... but not the same. I have an original bottle and can of the 2007 release, and the only ingredient that is different that would actually change the taste is the "clarified cherry juice concentrate", and that is what is making it taste different. It gives it a gross fermented fruit taste. Very, very disappointing. I bought a fridge pack, went through a few of them, and haven't touched them sense.

This flavor existed many many many years before Major Melon was even a thought
I know the flavor existed before major melon. But the game fuel citrus cherry is a mix of the two regardless of how long the flavor existed. Was told this at my last meeting with pepsico. My employer lol. I love the drink just giving insight.

@@PapiEatsits not a 50/50 mix I don't know the exact blend but it's more code red for sure. That's just what I was told at our meeting lol.
I think drdisrespect’s citrus cherry was better as this one just feels more carbonated. It has significantly more calories.
Yknow that's interesting...given how "healthier" it was I'd take that one over this too. But that was just a different take on this. This is the stuff.
@@PapiEats I think that line of Gamefuel was more of a “softcore” energy drink while having the same features of a regular soda while this one is more just straight up classic MTN DEW soda flavor with extra caffeine. If that makes sense.
