@@seanfarinaccio1926 it worked It has been 8 months since I did mma I no longer feel sleepy during the day, my energy levels are up. I feel alot better
@@abdullkareemalbrahim6538 I’m so glad to hear that from you! Congratulations. I have had multiple surgeries, weight loss, allergy immunotherapy and improved, but still have sleep disordered breathing. If you don’t mind, do you feel better cognitively? Like, I think of my issues with brain fog, inability to concentrate, executive functioning, anxiety, depression, and because I know I have had sleep disordered breathing forever, I think they are related to those cognitive symptoms. So I’m curious if you noticed any changes at all cognitively
@@seanfarinaccio1926 thank you sean! Yes! I had most of the symptoms u mentioned. They are all gone now. Especially concentration and depression! I hope you get better soon
@@abdullkareemalbrahim6538 did you have any loss in sensation in and around your mandible and face ?and I was thinking of getting a sarpe and then follow it up with bimaxillomandibular surgery to move both the jaws forward and increase my airways and give myself a better jaw since I have every regressed jawline however I don’t have sleep apnea .What do you think I should do ?
