A guy on MSFS forum wrote that he didn't uninstall the DC-6 on Xbox and now it works thanks to WASM. So, we can only wait the aircraft to be reinstated into marketplace.
Wow! Crazy man!
Let’s hope we get a lot of aircraft’s this Thursday!
Absolutely Chad!
@@FastTimesVero we just got to hope
@@Exotic.butters.. hope kills lol
Let’s hope Thursday 🙏
Before any aircraft can come to the Xbox it has to be tested on the Xbox first, thankfully Asobo released WASM to some devs last week for them to test their planes. Also thankfully this week MS changed their Markestplace rules so Devs can test their own planes on the Xbox and don't have to rely on MS and Asobo testing meaning we should be seeing planes even sooner.
Since SU12 is only a few hours old there is no official word on any aircraft being released yet, also a few Devs like Fenix and others have said they won't be making Xbox versions of their aircraft.
There is a rumor that the F-22 the V-22 and the DC-6 will be part of Thursdays update but its just a rumor
Can’t wait to fly the Twin Otter and have the PDMG B737
They may come out later today if marketplace updates how ever pdmg 737 had a parking brake problem and it can't be flown until they update
AN-2 was also released alongside the AN-225
What aircraft will be available on Xbox will depend on the developers provided they want to bring their add ons to Xbox. Addons will have to be coded for Xbox to be made available in the marketplace, unfortunately. However, there are some developers who were waiting on WASM support for Xbox to release their addons. That being said, developers have to submit their addons to Microsoft/Asobo for review before they're made available in the market place.
The last part isn't true anymore. MS updated the Marketplace and their policies so that devs of the products will be responsible for testing and functionality and MS will only test if it can be added to the Marketplace, that change goes live on Friday so now it will be easier for Devs to test their products and make changes and things will come out faster and there won't be a log jam to release things
@@tytyhull That's good to hear, I'd love it if Microsoft would allow ordnance cosmetics to load on military aircraft on Xbox. It's ridiculous they don't allow it when they have games like COD MW2 selling weapon bundles in store.
how about they fix it so i can see the planes other people are flying instead of a generic 747 doing jet fighter maneuvers
Far as I am concerned they have already been released to the marketplace the fact that they aren't available truly does piss me off.
Can’t argue with you there man
I would guess they still need to be tested for Xbox compatibility with the full live version of SU12.
I really want the CRJs on Xbox
f22 this thursday would be awesome
Yes definitely!
Hey the dc designs tomcat kneels on the carrier now but I can't figure out how to launch. It won't move once u kneel.
What do you mean kneel?
How did you get to see all of this in the marketplace?
You have to click “all platforms”
Oh, thank you!
What is this marketplace update on Thursday I've heard mentioned? I can't find any official statement about it. Is that when most of the aircraft we want will come to the sim?
The marketplace gets new products (aircraft, airports, scenery, activities, etc) every Thursday. There's really no telling what will come each week, most of the time the devs don't even know until a few hours before.
@@kazzercise Oh wow didn't know that was a thing every Thursday. Thanks for the info.
Hi bro will we be getting simple traffic on Thursday as its shown pc only as of now
Update on the F-22, TMS has said "Whenever MSFT releases our F-22 for Xbox- they haven't provided an ETA for that"
From what I’ve heard, it’s going to be weeks, possibly months and beyond before the developers get their planes over to WASM. The big ones like PMDG, Aerosoft, etc… still have work to do! That’s what I’ve heard on other videos. Once again we’ve been screwed, i mean asked to be patient!
I hope this is not true brother
No it’s not true. The pmdg dc-6 works on the Xbox now. And for the 737 they are just waiting for ms to confirm everything is ok then they just click a click box and away it goes to the Marketplace
I know I’ve asked you before but what realistic airline traffic add on do you have? I wanna see some real airlines on the ground and in air badd
It’s static aircraft my boy. Let me know if you have trouble finding it ok
@@FastTimesVero so it’s only aircraft at airports that have the airline liveries? Not the ones flying?
@@Blueesteel_ I’m not sure in air brother I have my in air traffic turned off so it doesn’t hurt game performance
@@FastTimesVero ah ok thank ya
@@Blueesteel_ anytime man I’ll help anytime
hope they add freeware
Yeah 50 for a virtual plane is a little crazy in my opinion.
According to 3rd party Devs, Microsoft does NOT allow freeware planes from those Devs.. who knows ?
i hope not, it will only add more inconsistencies.
md 11 will come on xbox?
People don't understand WASM. They think is a funny version name that will bring more planes but truth is WASM is way more complex than it seems. It have been released very recently and now, devs needs to retest their planes in the console and adapt if necessary. In other words. WASM (WebAssembly) support is a set of functions that Asobo did manage to introduce in the console through MSFS as Microsoft Xbox Team didn't care about it. So Asobo is trying to implement this code support creating a sandbox in MSFS so devs can write data and variables on the fly for instruments, gauges and switches or whatever code is used in the addon aircrafts. The correct way to do it was through an update in Xbox system to allow that. However they understand this as a game cheating. So, for security reasons, they have not implemented native support in the Console. Devs will need to see if the workaround provided by Asobo supports everything their planes need to work in the console. At this very first moment there is no guarantee or feedback fron Devs saying that what has been implemented with SU12 is enough to make their planes fly in the console. All planes will require restesting and, in some cases, some adjustments will be needed to adapt to this workaround provided by Asobo. So, It's not likely DC-6, 737 NG, Bae 146, CRJ 700, PA28R and other planes thar have been available just for PC will make it to the Console in such short period of time. I'm confident most of them may come in the following weeks or months depending on how difficult is to adapt them to the WASM support released in SU12.
I cant speak for everyone but PMDG have said they have been testing the plane on the Xbox since they were given early access and have said that it will be sooner rather then later that their 737 comes to the Xbox
OK brother thank you so much for this awesome narrative
OK excellent man good news
what time will the market place update happen thursday
It’s different every Thursday around 7ish
@@FastTimesVero 7am?
@@jackthompson2996 no pm
It’s a step in the right direction
Exactly, a step. Hope we see a lot more before month end.
Hopefully CRJ-700 comes to Xbox. I work on those jets.
Sweet!
Check your content manager, I had world update Updates. Just letting everyone know. I'm also going to check overall game play and Helicopter controls and See if it's better now.
Ok brother. Please do me a favor and check Charlotte NC and Atlanta dude. Mine are still not rendered. Thanks man
@@FastTimesVero Charlotte and Atlanta are the same no change. But they did update all the world updates. For example the statue of liberty used to look like it was standing in water, They fixed stuff like that in all the world updates. The only world updates I use and have installed are the United States ones because that's where I fly the most.
@@GOBUCS82 ok cool brother
It's going to be Thursday night marketplace updates for New WASM Aircraft like before for now. Hopefully TMS F-22A Raptor this Thursday night but, Hey at least we are actually getting closer Finally. This WASM support has taken Forever LoL. I Hope we are all flying F-22A Raptors this Thursday night! I'm going to get an alcoholic drink to celebrate the moment we get it, Believe me! LoL.
Dude you and me both pal you and me both!
@@FastTimesVero You need to do a celebration video when we get the Raptor!
Maybe you should live stream some msfs and get some people in to celebrate!
@@Robbie-ew9le I really need to do this, seriously.
Is the wasm available for xbox one
No
@@FastTimesVero I mean xbox cloud gaming
Are you viewing this via Xbox Marketplace?
Yes
There is a search option to view content on all platforms
@@SkyIsCalling2 Thank you. Blessings 🙂🙏
Evan from top mach studios said that Microsoft has not reached out to them since the testing. Nothing from them about release
Is this bad news my man? Do you have doubts about this Thursday’s release?
@@FastTimesVero I don't think it's bad news. I say it's a higher chance of it coming next Thursday than this one but I hope I'm wrong
@@Robbie-ew9le hoping for a miracle!
Is there a replay tool for Xbox?
Unfortunately not.
How have you managed to do it in your recent video’s then? 🤔
Is it clever camera works or drones?
Because I’m planning to make videos like yours and I’m on Xbox, which is why I’ve got my two accounts. The other fruity is also me.
I’m going to make a video on it here soon
Nothing will be immedietly compatible with xbox i believe. Regarding the more complex airplanes that are made by a busy group of people, it could likely take a month or more depending on how many issues they have
The planes have to be tested on Xbox first, thankfully some developers like PMDG got an early build and have been testing.
Rumor is the F22, Osprey and the DC-6 will be made available on Thursday and devs will be releasing more aircraft as they test them.
Ok cool!!!
Dude as an unbiased flyer that loves all planes, the an 225 was a complete let down. Handles like a fighter jet and the trim is so extremely sensitive, you can NOT set that plane up to fly even close to level…another $12 dumber skin of a plane. Lets be real here folks, that plane should not be able to barrel roll like a fighter jet CMON fast times
Dude I disagree but can understand your points for real. I absolutely love the thing man. It’s absolutely gorgeous and a phenomenal plane. I do understand where you are coming from.
I assume that it will be updated over time and the handling will be made to be more realistic. I didn’t actually attempt a barrel roll LOL
@@FastTimesVero it’s definitely gorgeous bro, but damn i was so disappointed to actually fly it. Hey man, what did you do in the air force?
@@FastTimesVero you’re still the man dude, keep doin what you do and i’ll keep watching your flight sim vids
