Yoghurt 1cup
Biryani Masala
Salt 2.5tbs
Red Chili 1.5tbs
Mint Leaves
Brown Onion 1/2 of total
Lemon Slices of 1 lemon
Dried Plum 12pieces
Boiled Meat
Ground Spices-
Cumin 2tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1tbs
Nutmeg 1/2piece
Mace 3tbs
Cinnamon 2small pieces
Whole spices-
Cumin 2tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1tbs
Cardamom 8
Cloves 8
Cinnamon 3small pieces
Star Anise 2flowers
Boiled Rice-
Rice 1.5kg (Soaked after washing)
