Does the band help with handlbar vibration?
The band is 3 bungee cords. I use them to secure items on the bike, when I grab a few things at the grocery store. Yesterday I went to some garage sales. I had a 20 lb. Fence post mall strapped on. It probably looked funny. I got it for $2!
