Hi great Video, Q on the setting hight /motion limits, is the setting of it fool proof/ can one mess it up and then break the pivot brackets.

I hope they do but unfortunately the code only applies to kits for the Q50/Q70

Yeah they actually have those kits for Teslas and Audi’s and other cars too but my code (22% off) only works for Q50/Q70

Np! I would contact them before I place the order but I think they did have an option for the kick sensor for the Q50
It should have a system where if it stay open for more then 20 min it should close by it self just incase accidental opening are alarm u on your key fob that its opened ...

Wheels are probably gonna be a next summer thing since we are heading into winter but the ambient lighting sounds like a good idea thanks for that 😊

Hey, thank you for the great video. I bought a kit because of it and thank you for the code, it still works. I do have an issue though and was wondering if you can help. When I connected everything, it was powered up just fine. I used the allen wrench and locked it but when I went to reset the box I lost all power and the led lights wont light up anymore. I checked my fuses, got new fuses and still nothing. There is an sd slot. Does yours have an sd in it? Because mine is empty and was wondering if that was the issue. Thank you again

How do I get a replacement buzzer? I ordered the kit and several small items are missing. Support said Buzzer is internal now but not sure if I trust them.

Hey Anish, so the website hautopart no longer sales this kit for Infiniti. Looks like they only sale Tesla accessories now. Do you have a lead as to where I can get the kit? I have a 2015 Q70 and would love to do this upgrade.
Ahh I think they are not selling it anymore then sorry. I think the best bet would be to check on alibaba with the sellers who sell wholesale

how did you wire this from the trunk all the way to the fuse box? what path did you take?
The path I took was the following:
from the trunk --> tuck behind the top of the rear seat --> bring down to foot area right behind the driver seat --> follow that foot sill all the way to the front where the fusebox is

Is there a fail safe mechanism? Am I still able to open my trunk manually in case any part of the motor or power supply fail?
Also with all the extra wires tucked away in the back, does it cause extra rattles?

When my battery died I tried opening the trunk to see what would happen and essentially it unlocks the latch and you can still lift the trunk open. I don't remember if there was any extra wires I might need to re watch the video but no rattling noise whatsoever

I think they have one for a qx50 but I would contact them to make sure if it works on the qx30 as well
Routing the power wire through a sport model with out the fold 60/40 split is a nnightmare! For the routing of the wires behind the taillights, I just made my middle hole bigger to fit the connectors through. Didnt want to bother splicing that grommet behind them.
I know they should've included the fold down seats for all models. Good luck if you're lowering your car bro you're gonna have to unbolt the seats :(
@@AnishNothoo I've taken my back seats out so much! I did rsr lowering coils. But to get the wire through I drilled a hole in the plastic holding the main cluster of wires on the left side ean it through. You do have to take the back seat out to gain access but after that its nothing to it

I definitely agree that it should’ve come like that from factory but I don’t think most new cars have it. I was shocked when I went in their website and saw the company selling these kits for Teslas, Audis, MB and other brands as well

I went to their website and they ask if I want a foot kick sensor. Is that only for the qx50 SUV or can I install a foot sensor on the Q50?
You can get the foot kick sensor for the q50 too but that is an additional $50. If you get that one I can help you with wiring on Instagram 😊
Need to powered tailgate otherwise the kick sensor will not work

yah it's the same thing just different naming I believe. Or very minor differences but I doubt they would change the trunk

Sold the car a while ago but there's been no issue for the one year I had it. If it's been installed correctly, it's gonna be like oem. The only thing I can say is that when the car battery died, my speed settings reset so I had to re-adjust the speed

If you use it a lot for shopping they also have an add on where you can wave your foot under the car and the trunk opens up. It's $50 I think so just a heads up!
Ok so I can't get the system to reset and beep 5 times. Also no lights are on on the main unit?
Figured it out. Ok one other complaint. My trunk doesn't go up and back enough. How do we lengthen the springs or lifters to be longer. The trunk henge never use to be in my face
Yeah unfortunately that's one of the downsides with this kit... the trunk loses 1.5 inch of clearance since the electric struts are shorter. There's no way to fix that as the struts are already at the extended position out of the box.

@@Green072394 If i remember correctly you need to connect the beeping device and press and hold some button. There should be 4 speeds. The exact instruction should be in the manual that it comes with but I no longer have it so take a look at that

I order this product because it seem easy since all the wire harness was labeled in English from many you-tubers videos. I found your product from Anish not hoo CZcams’s Chanel and he promoted your product really well with easy installation. But once I received and started to install your product in my car it wasn’t easy and all the labels on the wiring harness were in Chinese or Japanese language. Which was hard to understand and it should of been in English to understand which wire goes to which side. That’s the only reason I bought this product for simplicity but it was a lie and I got scammed. Also the brain or mother board was metal in grey color but the product I saw on Anishnothoo was black. So you guys changed your products and did not let your new customers knows. I am really not happy and my trunk is half finished.

I'm so sorry to hear that Yaseen. Have you tried contacting the customer service team for an exchange or a refund? I've had over 20 people purchase the kit with no issues. If you're not happy with the product they will definitely offer a refund. Also, they are a company based in China which is why the language is as such. However, the reason I made the video was so clients won't need to read the manual and can simply watch the video

****BEWARE****: If you're going to install power liftgates to your vehicle, PLEASE make sure it's not from "autoeez" ("eez" is deliberately misspelled due to utoob censorship), or any other CHIN3S3-KRAP manufacturers. Just went through nightmare with DANGEROUS malfunctioning "autoeez" liftgate system installed by dealer before I bought vehicle. Short story: dealer had system removed and replaced by manual OEM equipment.
