Its an excellent setup, I would say it very cheap as compared to India, if I want to build such a setup hear it would cost me much more than 15 million Indian rupees which is almost equal to 35million Pakistani rupees.

In cold places, your choice of fish would be trout and NOT tilapia due to temperature variations
