Before the first wave of cold wind arrives, I picked some tropical fruits. The sugar apples and abius are so sweet that they're just like candies. Avocado is also a good cooking ingredient. I love avocados. It's said that meat lovers all like avocados. But my family never tried them, so I planned to make some dishes for them. Use ripe avocados to make some dipping sauce and enjoy it with a beef shank that has been roasted for 10 hours. How can anyone not love this taste?

Chinese are very family conscious. When i lived in China I gave my girlfriend money every month and made sure she had enough to give her mother (who was separated from her father) and her grandparents money. I also met all of her family - uncles and aunts etc. I never got to really meet my grandparents as only one was alive during my life time and he was in in his late nineties to one hundred.

I don’t think she is using different cultural influences when making a dish from avocados. She is just making use of whatever ingredients she has and tailoring it to her family’s tastes. Guacamole is basically a Mexican dish, but I’m sure they also have a name for the dish that she made.
