Coco has potential. Its very easy to see the makings of a great champion. She has time.
No not really. She’s an advanced junior player with one game plan. She needs someone to develop her serve and her transition game. She looked out of sorts coming forward which is ironic for someone who plays a bit of doubles.
We are already seeing more versatile (and as young or younger) players doing better.

I didn't know Sloane could finish out a game , with out looking like a deer in head lights, and CoCo you have more to learn and this is 2023, and you are still not playing the court , play the open court, and have your hit ball heading towards the outside line most of the time, if I was your coach for two years , we would practice the win way , we might lose at first , then people would think Serena is back , and it's not all power , it's brain power .
Half the time these two look as though they're having a training hit. There was more excitement in any three points of the Final than in this wholematch.
Sloane good is so good

COco you really play the game the right way .. if every thing is real Sloan can't never beat you again, sloan has to learn to play the open court, the only friend you have on the court is the outside lines and the open court, sloan is killing me , , she don't play smart tennis, walk fast and play smart, and get paid I guess, MOMS hang in there , your daughter is a stone killer , but some time., you have to give the baker some, that's the ones that run the show. Keep me smiling , my other girls are Fernandez, and Osaka,, I don't know why go three set when you can kick ass in two sets. I guess that's for the crowd.
