Open Zarchiver then Android then Data then obb then com.rockstargames.gtasa then open patch com.rockstargames.gtasa.obb then click on it well then click view then open texdb you will find the txd file copy it to Android, data, com.rockstargames.gtasa, files, texdb then Paste it there.

I enter data,rockstargames,texdb in tdx tool but I cannot find txd
