cooldog60 nope, and never will be, they renegotiated the holding water capacity in like 2012, so they dropped it steadily for a long time, it's where they negotiated it to be right now. the water level and daily drop has stopped making headlines and we are left with a physical drought reminder , the ol bathtub ring that comes up in every lake mead conversation. brilliant actually. They win again.
