My problem with this is I struggle to stick the band into the pretensioner, I wish the gaps were bigger so it would be just like loading onto a sharkfin tab instead of having to pop it into the pretnesioner slot. Im gonna purchase a load-assist and use that instead of the roller tab.
Cut the band and put a small section of dyneema like making a wishbone. Easier to drop in than the band. Can use some thicker stuff since it's not gonna be going on a sharkfin.🤙🏽
1) Is the 125 loadable same way? you dont need load assist? 2) compared to other rollers is the range increased because of kicker band or the same range but more power?
No need for the load assist if you use Pathos shaft with extra tab.. The kicker does help reach max speed from the start which could help result in extra penetration at distance
hey I've had this 105 for 3 weeks now and haven't hit a single fish. the shaft seems to go off in a slightly different direction every time. I load the roller band on the first pretensioner and the second to last shark fin. the kicker on the third fin. I noticed the roller band wishbone could come.in contact with the last shark fin on the way out of the gun. do you think this could be a problem?
If it is the carbon open pro you could have even though you may not notice it a slightly bent shaft..... if the bands collide perhaps can effect it in some way..... the kicker band should be loaded same spot or behind the roller band.... try that or just shoot the roller band alone and see if it still does the same. If it does your shaft is bent
@@dirty_diver not ideal but if it gets close enough anything is possible with right setup haha... me personally I would not use 105cm for blue water spearfishing, you are always limited by the shooting line and the sniper can only use 7.2mm shaft at most thick

I would say be close......... Tough call without knowing the exact setups. Would say fusion has the edge with more pop off the start

You can file (cut and file) the rear parts of the pretensioner slots.

@@NautilusSpearfishing would 105 still shoot tuna? Not sure what is the best size that’s most flexible.
