Best band ever, never get tired of them. Meramipop is just amazing...
6 years ago the album has been stopped but it doesn't feel like old...
Man I just started to listen to their songs after hearing storyteller and I love the songs. Then I found that they disbanded and my heart broke. Some of the best songs I have ever heard. Their songs are beautiful! The only band ever close to their songs is undead corporation.
You should check out Draw the Emotional and Shinigiwa Satellite. They do come quite close.
a bit ironic since Storytellers seems to be their farewell song, but it's my favorite too
Noble is amazing. Just when I thought You couldn't get any better, Foreground Eclipse manages to completely blow me away.

***** Stratoites, Clockworks tracers, Kiling your breakdown, Silent shooting traitors (tho I believe they only have a single cd) and crow's claw (he does a lot of original work, but his touhou arranges are very good) are great bands =)

Thank you for your job! I love this band too. However, i have a little bit comment. For 6th album, that is not only album sailed by Foreground Eclipse. They released with Draw The Emotional who also Touhou arrange circle. From 1 to 3 number is Draw The Emotional's songs, and then from 4 to 6 number is Foreground Eclipse's songs. The number 7 is a song that DTE covered FE's Touhou arrange, and the number 8 is a song that FE covered DTE's it. You've already know that, through this comment.

It doesnt matter what genre they are, all that matters is how flipping good they are.
Have to say, Foreground Eclipse was like a kick in the head to me. I heard them first years ago, and they had my strict attention from then on. They have a certain style (i.e. Merami's sweeter vocals next to Teto's screams) that is just perfect imo. Thinking back on all of their stuff, its hard to pick one song that is the greatest, but I would have to say that Escapes at 1:52:47 was always my favorite. Something about that song... brings out the inner me. Does that make sense? Hmmm...

Teto's voice is amazing, wish he would do clean parts more often not just screaming.
Well for now the main priority though is getting fge back together somehow :/
If you're talking about songs in the "6th studio album" (which is wrong, Stories That Last Through the Sleepless Nights is their last album as Storytellers is a farewell song), Seated with Liquor isn't a FgE Self-release, it's a split between Draw the Emotional and FgE. DtE is also an amazing circle. Saw another comment here mentioning this, that Seated With Liquor's tracks 1-3 are by DtE, 4-6 is FgE, 7 is a FgE arrange covered by DtE, and 8 is vice versa...
It's a shame Teto doesn't do any cleans, but it's nice that there's such a nice contrast between him and merami.
We can all hope that someday FgE will release at least SOMETHING someday.

+general809 actually they don't have almost nothing of PUNK rock... they do a genre called "Touhou" that basically means "japanese music" xD... yes, you can say the have a "screamo style", but they actually make post-hardcore songs... if you want, you can call it "Touhou rock"... or just J-Rock... they're pretty much like "Draw the emotional", but they have some unusual (and really good) melodies...
