As someone who's played this game, I can tell you it is one of the most absurdly difficult games I've ever touched (which is intentional) so this guy being able to keep up at all is impressive.
Yeah the only reason I managed to beat the first level was because it was in free-play mode so I could retry as many times as necessary
Co-op is the way to go.
During a “senior day” towards the end of high school, my class went to an arcade and this game was a part of if.
Ran through the whole damn thing with one of the history teachers.
@@MrImastinker that sounds awesomee
I agree
@@MrImastinker Even in co-op, the game is clearly designed to be as cheap as possible in order to munch your dollars.
"It's a machine, it doesn't feel remorse. It doesn't eat or sleep, and it will not stop until it has taken all of your quarters."
--John Connor, 1984
If u just read this game, guns power have some problems…….
Nice joke dude!😆😆😆
It took me $20 to complete the whole game.
1984*
it does sleep when it runs out of battery... or when John's mom took out the CPU/USB out of the terminator and almost destroyed it!
This was the hardest arcade game I ever played.
Halo is hardest in my opinion
Same
Same
This was so hard
@@Man_Aslume It wasn't hard if you had very much fun with it in the game.
That was my childhood such memories I made with that game
me too
Me too
Used to play this a lot whenever I was at a arcade that had it.
never heard of this game
Same
Those were the days that I enjoyed playing this game. This is actually my top favorite arcade game and one of the best terminator arcade out there.
HECK YEAH DUDE!!! LOVE this Game. SOOO DAMN MUCH. Its AMAZING. PLay it ALL The Time.
First arcade shooter I ever played
Agreed
There was another great one where you were on a truck and there was loads of spiders chasing the vehicle and you were in the jungle. I forget the name of it though
@@Mikey_The-Pikey Jurassic Park Arcade Game from 2015. I know that too well.
Now i get why John Connor was the last hope for humanity, just imagine surviving all of this madness
This game was literally my introduction to the terminator franchise so terminator salvation holds a weird special place in my heart despite the fandom's opinions on the movie
Same.
Look at it this way ever since Dark Fate came out I think the fandom has a new movie to be... divided on so to speak... I know which side I'm on at least.
True that, I enjoyed the Terminator franchise alot besides all the other franchises but I'm glad I'm not in the fandom cuz' I bet it's just as worse as the Transformers or TMNT ones lol.
Same here
Same
“Mom can we get more credits” old me probably
I remember playing these games in arcades, so fun
I played the Aliens Arcade games; these arcade shooters are so much fun.
At one point I joined the army and learned some good rifle skills; so when I picked up and played Aliens Armageddon; I was gunning Xenomorphs down left and right and my coworkers watching me were going "dude... what the hell!"
These games are a blast.
I grew up with that too...but I think I beat bug hunt once
Congrats to you, it's not often real life jobs can be used to help win video games physically.
Also I don't know what branch you served in the army but we all appreciate your service to the country.
Oh yeah it was a similar game to this one, I've always wanted to try that! Mainly the big one where you could HOLD the actual rifle and aim properly, I hate the one where it's stuck to the machine and stiff to aim.
Thank you for your service .
Me personally, I loved the Ghost Squad game so much I got the Wii version.
Dude joined the army just to beat a video game. That's some serious dedication right there!
I remember someone at the arcade attempting to use both guns. I don’t know how far he made it but he seemed pretty successful when dual wielding the guns
Wow. That's pretty hard
That was probably me, I love dual wielding them.
I did that once when I was playing the original House Of The Dead. Granted it was a little easier because it's pistols instead of rifles but still.
Did that. It was hard and your arms get tired after a bit and you die pretty quickly. You need to be pretty strong if you wanna dual wield.
Never played this, but I still remember being freaked out anytime I'd see the Terminator stand on top of the cabinet with the glowing eyes. Pretty sure it traumatized me for a bit.
This is how they train Helldivers for Maevelon Creek
I told Adam from Arcade Heroes a while back about how far we’ve come from just pulling out our recording devices so we could get arcade game footage. Now we have the power to plug in a few additional wires on the arcade PC and record it from a separate computer. It’s just amazing how far technology has come now that we have the power to do this kind of stuff.
Nice job on this playthrough. Of course, the game HAS to be that difficult, or else it doesn’t make money. But then again, we’ve shown it is possible to 1cc this game.
The gameplay is not easy. More durable enemies and decent ai
Just so you know, Stan Winston designed the T-600 Terminators and they look badass!!!!
I know that a lot of people probably aren’t going to end up watching your video but I just want to let you know that I have been waiting for this video forever just know that you made someone very happy with the release of this you are A brilliant and talented CZcamsr who makes what the people want to see.
I didn’t know I wanted it until I saw it, so don’t feel bad the algorithm works sometimes.
@@rogue_2k374 yes; and in all honesty 186,000 views is nothing to sneeze at.
This brings me happy memories, i just wish i was able to complete it with my dad at the time
i always wanted to know the story behind this game, but gadamn was this game a quarter hog.
I mean...basically you said....many people won't watch it but do you make videos that people want to see!?I miss the meaning of your comment....just kidding 😅
Good God what a nostalgia trip. Only one arcade in my side of the state had this gem and I used to buy both player slots and dual wield rifles. Not very effective, but enjoyable. To be a kid again.
I remember doing that once or twice as a kid or teen and to reload I would just slam the magazine buttons on the counter that the guns were tethered to.
This game WAS my childhood.
This game IS my childhood.
And It does love to eat your money
Same, for me It was also the Aliens cabinet from the early-mid 2000s too.
@@ItzRokkiYT Aliens Armageddon?
@@frankthepug9242 I think that was it, I'd have to check Again lol
This is my childhood game. I would aim for the heads to take them down Terminators easier.
I've noticed that i didn't practice much I'm just there to repair them whenever operators can't figure it out.
This game was ahead of its time man
Ikr same thing with Aliens Armageddon
@@DewRagenI thought it was called Exterination
Yes Raw Thrills made a sequel to Aliens Extermination even though Extermination was made by Global VR with PlayMechanix which is also part of Raw Thrills company.
@@DewRagenStill the best Terminator game ever
Who knew a movie could be an arcade game?
Pretty much every movie may have their own game but yes it's pretty rare for them to be ported to arcades instead of console games.
@@DewRagen especially in Lego dimensions
Transformers human alliance based on the movies of the bayvarse trilogy even the name of the toy line based on the Hasbro movies also used in arcade game
Aliens Armagedon too
Played this at a bowling alley arcade once it was fun and addicting. It did get ridiculously hard and eats your cash if you keep playing it though.
Omg so much nostalgia!! I used to play this game so much that my parents drove me to the local movie theater just to play this game.
I played this game hundreds of times with my dad at the movie theater. I miss him so much.
I remember when I was a kid, I played arcade machines with my grandmother. This video reminded me that I played this game. My grandmother told me about the Terminator movie later. I love this franchise, especially the fourth movie. I really like the way the apocalypse was depicted there.
4:25 some guy just standing in the middle of all those terminators lol
When I was in Highschool our marching band would have a sort of "retreat" at the on the last day of Band camp at John's Incredible Pizza. I unironically would spend all my points on my card with me and my buddy doing nothing but playing this game. I even beat the whole thing in one sitting. It was 100% worth it.
Mom can we get Malevilon creek?
No we have Malevilon creek at home.
Malevilon creek at home:
Post Judgement Day Los Angeles walked so that Malevolen Creek could ran 😎
@@XOFInfantryman thoughs who came before
Literally every time I went to Chuck E Cheese, I played this game and never got tired of it.
It is uploaded at 1080p 60 fps but youtube is still processing it so if it's stuck at 360p then the processing is not done yet
Watched this with Detflex today, some incredible plays, came by for the replay and to say Awesome job DewRagen!
It’s amazing that the movie is now 15 years old
And this arcade game is still very popular at movie theaters, water parks, hotels etc.
This man has done what no other man has done before
I remember playing this at one of my favorite arcades that shut down. Well, the mall it was in closed, but it was the coolest arcade I've ever been to, still to this day. This game was my favorite, and there was Lazer tag on top of it.
i loved playing these types of games back then, brings back the good old days
Why I love the sound design in this game the most among all terminator pc games? And the original soundtrack fits as hell!
I remember playing this in the arcade. I didn't think I'd see this game again.
Am I the only one who would play both players and hold both the guns together Rambo style?
The one thing I like is that it keeps the guns simple and not specifying what gun and making a gun nerd mad
And the light mechengun its fun the game is VERY hard for me tho
I honestly wish arcade games like this could be on consoles
It could but there’s nobody who can take the time and money to do it
I grew up with this game soo much memories I still play it till this day BTW I couldn't beat chapter 1 but chapter 2 I completed it
The amazing thing is that back then the mechanics and the position of playing the game in the arcade helped with the immersion. But looking at it now u can see how it was alittle janky when everything is clear from watching in high resolution than watching those screen for the salvation arcade game
God this brings back memories. I used to live in a neighborhood that had a community club house. In the clubhouse was a small arcade. All of the machines were set to where they didn’t need coins or money to work. My friends and I would play this game all the time when we got home from school… great times.
This guy has great aim. Respect!
Man shot more civilians and friendlies than terminators lol
Dude missed so many pick ups lmfao
No he doesn't
It's cool to see how this game fully plays out in its story. I never had enough money or just sucked to actually progress further than the first and second mission.
This was a machine I could never get away from! It Always comes back!
Every time I go to a arcade this game is the first thing I look for. Good times trying to rush this game because your pizza was ready. I remembered beating it with a cousin and we both felt sick but it was worth it.
Damn this brings back memories of when my aunt used to take me and my sister to this arcade place named Nathan’s Place in Yonkers. Good times 😩
Every time I play this game I always want to finish the whole game. Which I’ve done multiple times
I remember always playing this at the arcade in the movie theater we used to go to a long time ago
I can swear. Having a second player by your side would definitely help more than half the time.
In my opinion, this is the best Terminator game since T2:The Arcade Game honestly at least in the arcades. My old movie theatre had this near the concessions, good times.
Everytime I went to an aracde this was my go to game. Thank you for uploading this.
I had one of these to see in my town when I was a kid at a mall. There was a kids section on upper floor where children love to come to play there and eat burgers. The left side of this Planet of Kids (that's how it was called) is dinosaur themed playground for littles while the right one is space future sci-fi type of mood for "cool guys". Back then Terminator franchise hasn't gone to shit as we can see it now and it had reputation, so you guess there was this arcade everyone loved to play but no one could beat it. I'm thinking if there was at least one person who did make it to the end of all this despite the difficulty and long ass line that would always go "Move on, I wanna play!" But if he did he probably paid a shit ton of money for that. I still doubt to this day, if anyone could make it. If he did I think there was no one to tell the tale.
I remember wasting *so* much money so I could play both players to dual wield. It actually worked out pretty well.
Yeah doing that was so fun
Lol, I've done that too!
I saw this game at the local DnB and it’s just as difficult as I remembered, I still love it though
There’s a movie theater that everyone always goes to near me, and literally for the longest I can remember, every time I went to the movies with my parents I’d play the hell out of this game before and after the movie. Can’t believe that was 12 years ago bro.
I played the hell out of this game as a kid. Thanks for the memories.
I also remember being underwhelmed by Terminator Salvation because it was nothing like this game except for the setting lol
Ahhh I missed this game thank you for bringing it back 😊
Man I Want to play that game again in store but in 2019 i had so much fun in that game
I’m pretty sure I played THIS particular game with my dad in the arcade on this ship called the Spirit of Tasmania on a trip this one time.
To this day, I still find the Jurassic Park Arcade a LOT more easier. Because, I made much more progress on it.
I used play it on the arcade from my childhood at Laser Planet Waterbury, CT
That game is pretty all I want to play at arcades
My man really is the resistance
This just came up on my feed and unlocked an old memory
I'll never forget how proud me and my friend were when we beat both campaign options. Not without dying of course.
Never thought I'd see anybody beat this game XD
I used to go to the movie theater just to play this lol. Took me forever to find that BGM too.
24:55, So many quarters lost. Thank you for making this, my friend and I never finished skynet city so getting to see the end was nice.
Watching here my friend Dew Ragen 👍💯
It took me thirteen years to complete this game. I started playing it when I was five and couldn’t beat it until recently and I'm eighteen now.
I know nothing about Terminator but I know “I will be back” and that if gives me spooky month vibes
I remember playing this at a movie theater arcade. Loved it a lot. I remembered I went to see Star Trek: Into Darkness
i would see this in nearly every movie theater lobby
I remember seeing this game at the movie theater, I never got to play it but I do remember seeing it
Maaan, thank you very much for childhood flashbacks
I'll never understand why we didn't get this game for console instead of the garbage one they made for it instead. The music, the visuals, even the weapons are just miles better in comparison.
Still wish I got to play this game back then... Appreciate the upload, either way !
I remember playing this at the arcade when I was like 8, this was my first intro to the terminator series
I remember going to Fun For All when I was younger (and they still had the 5-cent Mondays) and would complete this game from start to end with my brother. I have fond memories of those days.
Still the best Terminator game ever made by far.
48:19 lol.. I remember this thing also happening to me HAHAHAHA
I remember beating this game back then. One of the greatest feelings ever since the game hard asf
This game is so fun with a friend. Both this game and the console Salvation games were really good.
god this game really made you feel like you were in a machine apocalypse
This was the best thing in my arcade, loved it so much.
this is still at my movie theater I love this game lol
I remember being a pro at this game at my old arcade when I was young. Using both the guns in my hands and reloading quickly haha
I used to be scared to play these type of games in the arcade when I was little 🤣
By far the best arcade game I ever played, literally a core memory with my brother
My local movie theater has this game at their arcade and I enjoy playing it there whenever I get the chance.
this used to be (and still is) my favourite arcade game second only to pinball machines
I remember seeing this game at the arcade section of my local trampoline park, thought it was the coolest arcade machines ever made
I remember playing this in a arcade, this was one of the best
I feel like this game is the last arcade game any generation will reminisce about. Insanely hard and insanely fun worth every bucks I spent on it
I remember this arcade game it was hard as hell to play this but I can't wait I had fun destroying terminators
The arcade cabinet itself gave me nightmares for at least a year as a kid
I remember playing one at a Dave & Busters.
Man I loved that game
I remember playing this arcade game it was so fun And scary at the same time😂
This game was the most fun and difficult game I ever played, the nostalgia is real!
Bro this game gave me nightmares as a kid lmao.
God I remember playing this arcade game all the time when I could
