You are correct, I had no idea what I was doing. I had seen the bass chasing gills and the baits were sitting on the kitchen counter from the mail so I just grabbed them. That rod and reel were rigged for a speedworm and I just popped on one.
Honestly, because I'm an idiot and didn't even read the package, lol. I had just gotten it in the mail and was in a rush to grab them before that bass swam away. I realize now I was way off on the rigging.
It's roughly the equivalent to baiting and shining deer. That's not hunting, that's shooting. So why try winning a competition, just go buy a trophy and call it a day.
Not impressed with the first cast after feeding the fish. Obviously a private pond with a feeding post. I so a guy catch a 8 pound bass with a bottle cap he tide to a hook with a rubber band skipping it over the water in a private pond.
Appreciate the comment, but this is a small lake with public access. I do admit, I feed the bluegill to attract bass off my dock and I've dropped MANY baits in front of the bass with no luck. MANY MANY MANY lures over the years, and nothing. Even other bluegill swimbaits. It's very difficult to get them to bite right in front of the feeder. Most of the time they won't bite anything unless it's a live bluegill, that's why I was very surprised when she bit this bait.
AYYEEEE good stuff bro. #solid
Interesting way to rig it! I usually use those Texas rigged sideways on beds.

Nice!
well that was fun...cool, just got mine. Cant wait to try!
Keep in mind I rigged it completely wrong, lol, read the package for the rigging tips!
Yessir
They come in defferent size or just standard what size slip sinker asap if you can where at you get them babies
That was a 5/16oz Woo tungsten. Got them from Woo. Got the Gilly from tackle warehouse.
Thanks
Why did you not try the recommended way to hook it? It's supposed to kinda be t rigged sideways.

There’s a lot of ways to rig the bait. The designer of the bait even made that claim.
Update Finally found them and bought the 1110 HD
My god
Awesome I can't find these anywhere
Can get them at sheels. Only two colors though.
@@Ryan-re1rs hmm nvr heard of sheets ty
Yeah, I had placed an order for them through Tackle Warehouse and it took about 1-2 months to finally get them.
I will say I was at a Bass Pro this weekend in Gainesville and they had some on the shelves.
kind of cheap catch my guy....
Surprised he doesn't have livescope setup on his dock.
Are you surprised? That doesn't make any sense.
Interesting opinion, what would make it NOT a cheap catch? I live on a private lake and have fun off my dock, it's not a tournament.
