@@BeatsByNar not sure of the legalities with them. I will say it was easier back then to get away with this back in the day. It’s a lot easier for the sample police to catch these things. But if their producers are using something like tracklib then the process is actually smoother and easier
I get what you're saying. While technically you shouldn't upload anything with samples in them to streaming services, no one is going to say anything until you've made it big already and have millions of streams. So, to worry about that in the beginning is foolish in my opinion

I get most my songs with samples cleared if the producer didn’t do
