Remember the old says: Chet tiech si trey ang Chet kelang si umbel! That is me and I could not take away from the unfortunate people. And some people have conscience and some people don’t and it’s not going to bother them. I was born a little bit before Khmer Rouge ,but I remember a little bit of the old day ours Khmer people are more loved,kind,friendly, nice,care and compassionate to one another. Oun Touch next time if the donors want to give out rice a gain to the families that they want to give to specific ones, my advice for you and your team if you can just drop it off at their house the same way your drop off the waters last time. Do this way you won’t have to deal with some strangers from outside your community that try to blend in your grout and take advantage of you. And for the donors all I have to say is THANK YOU!!!!!
