9:52 this is actually the last song the band on the titanic played before it went down. the band members stayed on the ship playing music to try to soothe the panicking passengers until they (both the passengers and the band members) died.
Fun fact: there were lots of compartments on the bottom of the titanic so that even if 4 compartments are broken, they can quickly patch it. But the iceberg actually scratched the side so it broke 5! That’s how it sunk

A coal fire happened before Titanic even struck the iceberg. The very same area where the fire happened is where Titanic struck the iceberg at. So in one's sense, the ship was already sinking before she struck the iceberg.
Did you know that On the titanic whenever it was sinking They only allowed women and children on the life boats because they only had I think 25 and They were not The life boats to their max capacity so that's how 1500 people lost their life
