Though, I was kind of expecting that the treadmill would be put into a grinding halt, then throw him to the other side of the room, and die. But, nonetheless, it was still a "great" execution.
Yeah, I was thinking he tripped and the treadmill began grinding his body into mush with how fast it was going.

I half expected him to has his arm taken off from the speed of the treadmill, but apparently he just ran so fast his body collapsed

It would have been better if the treadmill had sharp and spiky points so that his feet would get torn apart as he ran, and then the bear poured some slippery liquid on it so that he slips and gets the rest of his body shredded by the mill
Also if there was some whips lashing at his back to keep him "motivated".

My idea of each execution:
Blue's Execution: A deadline for an animation appears, Ending on the next day, And is forced to stay awake the whole time with blue's legs cuffed to the desk, Being told to keep going on TVs, Until blue passes out, The next 'morning', Theres blood all over the pad and pen, With a missing hand.
Tayn's Execution: A crowd of people yelling at Tayn, Signs reading 'The world ended and you are smiling' and 'You did it you cheerful freak!'. The crowd surrounding Tayn. Tayn denies to accept it, And all the people began chasing Tayn, Weapons in hand and signs flipped to read 'Punishment is Due', Until Tayn is cornered and assaulted to death, In all the blood a flower grows on tayn.
Jonah's Execution: Jonah finds himself wandering a forest, Alone, Eyes slowly appearing around him, Until he begins frantically slashing at them, And then Jonah's axe is removed by our lovely Bear Mascot and thrown directly into his skull.
Erin's Execution: Erin's company is found out, Seeing how corrupt it is. Erin is attempting to save the money as the building begins to burn, And on the way, Erin drops the money by accident, And tries to save it, As fire envelops the money and erin tries to run, Before Erin begins to burn alive.
Eric's execution: Basically, Omlette
Ros' Execution: Cats maul Ros to death due to malnutrition due to how many there are, They feast on whats left.
Glitch's Execution: Basically, Told that the executor is coming, And does nothing, The executor doesnt arrive and glitch procrastinates instead of eating, Dying before the executor arrives.
George's Execution: George was running and running, Arm cuffed, And he failed to keep up, Resulting in his arm getting torn off after he got exhausted, He began rapidly bleeding out until he eventually succumbed to fate.
Carrick's Execution: The rollercoaster turns on, Carrick sits there, And is sent down a massive drop, Speeding up rapidly, Until the coaster stops upside down, As wakes up from the speed ongoing, He looks down and sees the ground rapidly approaching.
So now we know glitch won’t murder, he’ll just procrastinate on doing that

Spoilers for both video and the game (Danganronpa) (and Your Turn To Die)! Open at your own risk.
AIGHT I KNOW IT NOW! In the early video, George is like the Byakuya Togami here, Blaming Jonah as Toko, just because he was a Psycho (like Byakuya blaming Toko at first just because she was Genocide Jack).
And then in the main trial, It seems to me that George is Leon and Blu is Sayaka, though it doesnt really show or have evidences here that Blu fought back or tried to kill George or that they put the bloodied finger thing on Blu but it was just not relevant-
But then again, for Blu to die this early... IT'S SUS. VERY, VERY SUS MOVE-
Wait no but then again, George killed him...
Okay theory! Since this has been done for most games like Danganronpa and Your Turn To Die, if Blu really faked his death to come back, then it's either the one we've seen was a doll and not the real thing. Or another person in Blu's likeness. By that Blue would be still alive and would come back even if he died. Too bad Miley the doll didn't do it and Junko... YEAH its kinda like that? Since the body bled... it's probably the Junko Mukuro is the same phase.
Also! Erin... I get the feeling she's going to be a blackened for some reason... le EGGH in the other hand... yeh killed... and Ross... one of the survivors! She reminds me of Aoi Asahina but cats instead of donuts-
Also its either Jonah lives becaus he doesn't like to kill these people for some reason, or gets framed, or gets killed (there are times when sus people get killed for some other reason)

Could just be the denial reaction someone has when facing the death of a loved one but if you wanted it to seem ✨spicy✨ you could take it as recognising (as the other twin) that it’s literally NOT Blu. :P dunno though, they may just want to make different twists compared to the anime and game. I've never watched Danganronpa but I agree, I thought Tayn saying 'that's not Blu' and then getting over it pretty quickly was a little strange (but maybe it's just because it's just acting and not real lol)

current theory, Taryn isn't the killer, as he was the first to find the body, and reacted to it. we can then clear almost everyone up to tell 8:12 who reacted surprised, as their expression indicates they were surprised. So Erin, Ros, George are clear (Johan is discounted since his expression mostly stays the same trough out the video. At this scene here, Glitch and egg both end up looking not as surprised. while egg can be taken with a grain of salt since he didn't react too much. Glitch was seen as anger, and emotive at different points, so it makes no sense for him to look so chill as he is, most likely, he has to be a killer for not reacting, since that would imply he saw the body prior.
So to summarize
GOOD: Tayn, Erin, Ros, George
Killer: Glitch

The basic gameplay loop of Danganronpa is:
Hang out with class>Student murdered>Search for clues>Class Trial>Explore new area>Hang out with class
How do you implement any of those well into multiplayer? I mean yeah technically you can port over the "If you get this wrong everyone but the killer dies" thing, but that puts innocents at a serious disadvantage for very obvious reasons. Actually, let's go through these steps one by one.
Hang out: This would work very differently because they don't work like normal conversations ingame. And what about the skills you gain from advancing people's plotlines? How would those work? (expanded on in Class Trial section)
Search for clues: How exactly do you determine what the clues are? You could have players say how they kill people, but A. You'd likely get something as general as "I stabbed them" for an answer, B. A lot of trials hinge on witness testimony (not how Mafia works), which doesn't exist here, and C. you can't exactly get stuff like death 2 in DR1 (Look it up if you've played/don't mind getting spoiled because I'm not spoiling you) because no reasonable person looking to win would have any reason to do any of the stuff done during that, or what about death 4 from the same game? Death 5?
Class Trial: This doesn't go well when no one has scripted lines and no one will repeat the conversation verbatim. And what about Hangman's Gambit or the part where you put down the sequence of events as a comic book? That rhythm game that I hate? Influence points and focus gauge? None of these are things you can really replicate in normal human conversation! And this is where Skills fall flat because even if you completely change them to not rely on mechanics that don't work, you still get the fun challenge of figuring out how to make someone better at debating in a few minutes. The only thing that you get is Endless Debate because it's just a conversation.
Explore new area: The best you're getting is a new map. This isn't a physical space for you to walk around in.
Granted a lot of this might change depending on which game you're examining, I wouldn't know because I've only played the first one, which requires it to be singleplayer.
