For the Community Edition 2023.2, i was able to get my own videos into the project by this process:
-i added the stock video found in Library > Materials > Videos
-used the little dropper icon at the top to select the screen where the stock video is playing
-under the Video section where it says "video sample" there is a file icon, i clicked on that and selected open
-in that screen i was able to drag an mp4 file from my computer hard drive into the twinmotion video file screen, then selected it and clicked on "open", and
-it showed up in the project. Yeah! Finally figured it out.

I updated my Twinmotion to 2021 and so far it is holding up and I barely experience a crash. Maybe that will help with this. Good luck 🙂

Hi Anandan check if the video you are placing on the TV is in a mp4 format as it is the only format that can work in Twinmotion.

@@ArchCoreDesigns thankyou very much for immed reply. Everything is perfect. Twinmotion software showing video but while exporting its blank screen. Even if i change 60FPS result same. Where i am wrong while exporting confused. after downloading and viewing it TV screen is blank that video edited is vanished.
