Your lecture is simply excellent .you may join with ventilator tech people and may help in giving automated warnings so that it becomes more user friendly.
Baby’s breaths are all flow cycled… But if there is circuit leak, say if ur leak percentage is more than the termination sensitivity, ventilator won’t cycle to expiration.. So Ur TV will be lost.. To avoid that, we have to set a back up Ti and RR even on PSV👍🏻
