we used to make a lot of these when i was in elementary. i still remember we got an inspiration from ZOID (animal like robot anime) and from that we add weapons and fusions where we combine paper crash gears. now i forgot how to make one.
this was the shit back in my grade 3 days. normal match, take match, people even used coins to add extra weight.
Same, that was last year for me.
Also I remember making a giant one which could carry 3 of my gears.
