I think they made a comeback this feb. I think it was rumored back then that Lee Hyun will be the next CEO of Big Hit so I think it became a joke to everyone inside the company. Bang PDnim even supported Lee Hyun's studies. I think in this photoshoot Lee Hyun represent himself and also Bang PDnim. Bang PDnim should be there also. It's basically Big Hit is a family. Lee Hyun is a solo artist. They were joking about his clothes and style when they were calling him BigHit's boss. He covered BTS' Spring Day, and it's absolutely beautiful. Jimin adores him like a big brother/squishy teddy bear (and even fell asleep on him during one of the other BigHit family get together times when Lee Hyun brought food for BTS and invited along TxT to join in). Hobi loves Hueningkai, considering him like a little brother to teach in the ways of idol and thinks everything about him is cute, Taehyun (TxT) idolizes JK and RM once called him out for having tons of pictures of JK in his phone, and Soobin practically worships Jin, and looks up to him (and mouthed "Jin sunbaenim" when asked who was his favorite, even though he told them he said "everyone"). Jimin finds Beomgyu adorable, while Beomgyu gets flustered by any member of BTS, and Yeonjun looks up to BTS as idol goals. TxT also did a cover of BTS' Boy In Luv, which is very cute and nostalgic to see. I love the interactions of the BigHit family. They're all so cute and sweet together. And they all seem to consider Bang PD their "dad" and clown him all the time. They're all precious beans and must be protected at all costs. And for some reason the fact that most of TxT is taller than BTS is endearing. Hueningkai is the youngest, but he and Soobin are the tallest of the 13 of them. It's cute.

BigHit is celebrating 15th anniversary and that's why they made a family photoshoot
Bangtan are very close to Lee Hyun since he's the only one senior artist left in BigHit, just like what you've witnessed in this video. Lee Hyun started in a co-ed group named "8Eight" (under BigHit) in 2007 and disbanded in 2014 (they're reunited and released a single, please give them some love!). He was also a member of vocal duo group "Homme" - 2010 to 2018. Currently, he is signed as a solo artist. We can say that Bangtan looked up on him as their older brother in BigHit. Because of this closeness Bangtan keep on teasing him with all those compliments.
There was actually a moment during Lee Hyun's career where Bang PD was asking him if he was interested in taking part in the business side of things if he ever gets tired of being an artist, and he offered to pay fully for his studies if he were to get an MBA, but I dont think he pursued the degree. It was a nice story :)

The reason why that both BTS and TXT call Lee Hyun, Big Hit Boss, is because he's the most senior out of all them. He has a long history with the company with his former group, Hommé and as a solo artist. He's a long decorated recording artist under the Big Hit label.

Lee Hyun is a solo artist under Big Hit. He is close to BTS especially Jimin and Jin. Jimin always look up to him.
Lee Hyun is actually an INCREDIBLE vocalist, his ballads are absolutely beautiful and catchy! He's really loved and they call him "Boss" cause he has been in the company for a very, very long time and is super close with Bang PD and everyone at the company. He debuted in 2007, only two years after BH was founded and I guess he knew BTS since they all joined the company. He was a part of two different groups, firstly with 8Eight which was a co-ed vocal group, they just recently came back with an album after 6 years, and the second group was Homme, it was a vocal duo of him and someone else.
He's a great guy, suuuuper funny and is really close to the guys. They often go fishing and hang out!

I hope you guys do consider becoming familiar with TXT and Lee Hyun even if you don't put up reactions for it. I still need to listen to Lee Hyun's music but I believe he has a comeback soon. As for TXT, I became interested in them before they debuted mostly because they're the junior group but their music is so good and I've grown to love them individually. TXT is the first Kpop group I'm able to see grow from the time of debut and it's just really fulfilling tbh.

you guys should totally look into TXT! they have a different sound than BTS, but you still recognize the production being that familiar Big Hit style. They only have 2 albums, one being a mini album, but the songs are all really different and you can tell they're playing around with different styles as well ^^ They're also exceptional performers for being so young/new (their choreography is crazy). My personal fav songs from them are 20cm, New Rules, Roller Coaster, Cat and Dog, and Nap of a Star
