- Love Jihad In Delhi: राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली में लव जिहाद का मामला सामने आया है. पीड़िता ने बताया कि गुड्डू चौधरी ने नाम बदलकर शादी की है. उसने खुद को हिन्दू दिखाने के लिए बाजू पर धार्मिक टैटू भी बनवा रखा था. इतना ही नहीं जब उसका झूठ पकड़ा गया तो उसने पीड़िता को कैद कर लिया. आरोपी पहले से शादीशुदा है और उसके दो बच्चे भी हैं.

Sharia provides religious foundation for enslaving non-Muslim women (and men), as well as encouraged slave's manumission. However, manumission required that the non-Muslim slave first convert to Islam. Non-Muslim slave women who bore children to their Muslim masters became legally free upon her master's death, and her children were presumed to be Muslims as their father.
