@@MissAbigael02 no really, i used to think the same! but now I know alot of the plastic only can be recycled once or twice. if the bottle or the cup is dirty on the inside it can not be recycled. so we are only recycling a small amount compare to what we use.
I work at a cafe so when I watch these types of videos it feels like I never left work 😧. But these are so satisfying to watch.

I love this vlog - thanks for sharing. We have a little pub in the UK and have just started opening in the mornings for coffee. I like the fact you are so organised - everything flows smoothly with great end products for the customer. Like you say, there's always more to the business than making coffee. i got V60, french press and Syphone for my daily use.
but mostly Syphon, because i just love the way it serve.
