I'd say Kham, Scorp, and then its a toss up between Sektor, Sub, Lao, Goro, and maybe Stryker. Sareena's fine but very overrated for Smoke imo. Everyone else I listed gives more or stronger things than she does. Mavado might be on that list too Scorp gives huge damage, gives easy invis setups, and lets you combo from Vicious Vapors which is really important imo

You're missing the point he gives you juggles with strings you couldn't if you whiff punish with a string that let's you use a kamoe to continue its optimal in that sequence optimal does not only mean damage
