My contractor is returning July 19 for six weeks to help me get this remodel done of the adjacent apartment. This is the final stretch. I've been working on it the past 2 weeks trying to save time on his end. I'll be helping and all this will be in the back of mind. Of course he was originally not coming until Nov 11 but he had 2 major job cancelations right when you said that might happen in April (plus I think I manifested it). I feel blessed that this is happening now instead. Hopefully the apartment will be ready by Christmas now. ❤ Thank you so much for your insights.

I feel that whole 2024 nothing goes as planned😅
My family is trying to sell the house that I live in with mold in it that has made me severely ill, without any refurbishment or environmental testing, though I have shown them video and photos of the mold, and rats that moved into the roof, all of which I have mostly had to take care of as much as I am able while very sick.
