I have the same exact chair and the same exact problem! I was online tonight, and a company wants to charge me 300$ to come out and "fix" it, but then I ran across you on youtube! I'm so glad I checked. I'll try what you suggested tomorrow before I call and pay someone to do it. I also would like to know if you have a tutorial on how to properly put it together? The locking bolt that needs to be loosened in order for us to insert the reclining lever cannot be loosened, we therefore cannot assemble the chair. Can you help.?
No lie I’ve owned a barbershop now for 2yrs on my own & when I bought my stations & chairs brand new from a barbershop that closed down due to covid the owner told me to make sure I maintenance them every six months to a year. But I would look up tutorials and I never find my chair. This video was so helpful bro . I appreciate u sincerely ! 💪🏻
