I've built a small Firestore database/backend utility tool 2 weeks ago using Catalyst... it's truly amazing, everything is exactly how you would code a normal iOS app but you get a Mac app with zero complication, zero learning curve of a new language or set of tools. I really needed to make that utility fast, to add/edit content for my iOS app. It was done in a day thanks to Catalyst, Firestore, also integrating Algolia and Google text-to-speech. Loving it.
Hi Chris. You're a great teacher! I was beginning my learning of Swift with Xcode 7.3.1. But as it is incompatible with Mojave, I've just downloaded Xcode 11.3.
