I was so happy to see the lower carb pita. And then when you showed the ingredients I was saddened to see hydrogenated oil. 😢. I do not buy anything that has hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oil because that’s trans fat and it’s not good for your body or your liver. I know we might get something with it when we go out. That’s why I do not bring it into my house. I am Pepsi gal. Always was. We always get a chicken at Costco and Sam’s club. I make bone broth with the carcass. ❤
Glad to see your video today. I am out of pork rinds and I love to pick up the large containers of Member's Mark Fried Pork Rinds. They last a long time and I love their flavor. I usually shop at Costco nowadays but we are up in the mountains this week and Sam's Club it is. I will look for the Hatch chili sausages and seasoning. I have some of Costco's 505 Hatch green chili sauce and it gets used quite a bit. Love the flavor even better than my jalapenos. I am always on the lookout for anything on sale, especially if it is shelf stable. BTW, I am a coke person, but I gave up soda and even La Croix as I was finding it was starting to raise my blood sugar if I drank them. I miss them but there are other choices I can have.

Last time I was at sams they had a markdown on the Atkins variety pack chips and I also picked up variety pack in the quest chips. Loving the large 3 pound bag of “bare lightly breaded” chicken tenders similar to the Tyson air fry and takes like chic fila limited time

We got the hatch chili peanuts and love them...also got the ice cream bars..my husband loved them but I wasnt a fan..something about the ice cream texture was off to me. I eat the Bryers carb smart ice cream bars mostly...we also live on coke zero and alani nu BUT yesterday we finally found the summer breeze Mt dew zero...yum

Those pitas are so good as Pizza crust! My family uses them all the time with different toppings. BBQ chicken is our fave version to make with them!

I just recently got a sams membership. i have yet to go. i dont have much storage space so buying in bulk is not something i do. but will have to go look
I am a Diet Dr. Pepper fan, but I definitely prefer Coca Cola drinks over Pepsi. My 2nd favorite drink is Diet Grapico which I buy whenever I go to Alabama. I have even used it in making ice cream although I still had to use condensed milk it did lessen the calorie and carb count. It tasted like a grape sherbet.

I’m definitely a Diet Pepsi fan, but if there is no Diet Pepsi available, I will take Coke Zero over Pepsi Zero. Diet Cherry Pepsi is my favorite! Oh, that Mtn Dew Summer Freeze is great!
Is it better to go by all carbs or net carbs? It doesn’t take long to get to total carbs
I did net at first but switched to total. I think total works best for weight loss, but not everyone responds the same.

I don’t mind Coke or Pepsi zero but I feel like Pepsi zero gives me a stomach ache at times so I generally go for the Coke Zero. Beyond that I like Sprite Zero too.

Did you get to try the pineapple dip yet? I am trying to get my order ready for Friday. My friend added me on her account for a membership so this will be my first time at Sam's. I am actually allergic to fresh pineapple but I am thinking that dip would probably be ok.
